The Transformation Belt Zillion Driver (変身ベルト ジリオンドライバー, Henshin Beruto Jirion Doraibā) is the transformation device used by Kamen Rider Regad, Kamen Rider Regad Omega, and Kamen Rider Gazer Zero.
Unlike its predecessor, the Vision Driver, there is only one copy of the Zillion Driver reserved for Suel and those he authorizes to use it, such as Zitt and Nemeru.

Design[]
The Zillion Driver is composed of the following parts:[1]
- Stigma Metricser (スティグマメトリクサー, Sutiguma Metorikusā): The biometric authentication device. Fingerprint authentication is used to identify the person transforming and login. Re-authentication is required to activate special functions.
- Zillion Reader (ジリオンリーダー, Jirion Rīdā): The card reader. By reading the Sirius Card, it is possible to transform according to the user's authority.
- Zillion Core (ジリオンコア, Jirion Koa): The power source. Innumerable terminals placed in various places in various eras collect clean energy such as sunlight, wind power, and geothermal heat, and by accumulating them, create an inexhaustible amount of energy. This system has a very low environmental impact because the amount of electricity generated per terminal unit is insignificant, and can easily recover from losses. The front display section shows a conceptual model of the operational status of each terminal.
- Shroud Line (シュラウドライン, Shuraudo Rain): The belt band. It deploys when the Driver is set and is secured to the user's waist. It also has extremely high flexibility and shear strength to withstand intense combat.
- Sirius Card Holder (シリウスカードホルダー, Shiriusu Kādo Horudā): The Sirius Card carrying holder. It is located on the right-hand side of the Zillion Driver, and one Sirius Card can be set in it.
- Great Assemble (グレートアセンブル, Gurēto Assenburu): The expansion slot. It upgrades by drawing out the functions of various Raise Buckles that have been set in it. It is also possible to deploy expansion equipment to the Kamen Riders placed under remote control.
Functionality[]
Transformation[]
To enable transformation, the user places their thumb on the Stigma Metricser for authentication. After authentication, swiping the Sirius Card in the Zillion Driver initiates the transformation.
In the case of Suel, he presses the button on the Great Assemble located at the side of the Zillion Driver for authentication, before swiping the Sirius Card as per normal to transform into Regad Omega.
The transformation effects also differ from user, as Regad uses a red version of the Vision Driver effect, while Regad Omega uses a gold version. Gazer Zero’s effect is green, but the outer circles are replaced with trapezoids instead.

Universal Jyamar Area Creation[]
The Zillion Driver can create a Jyamar Area that covers the entire world.
Artificial Lifeform Creation[]
Similar to the Vision Driver, Zillion Driver is capable of creating artificial lifeforms, as Suel explained that Zitt was designed as his right hand man. Additionally, the lifeform created can be destroyed as well, as seen with Suel "dismantling" Zitt. It is unknown if the creation needs a base reference, like how Black Tsumuri is created from Tsumuri's crystalized teardrop. However, Suel states that he designed Zitt himself, indicating that he did not use anything as a base reference for the newest Game Master.
Accessing the God/Goddess of Genesis[]
Similar to the Vision Driver, it can be used to transform the eligible candidates of the God/Goddess of Genesis. It also allows the user to teleport to the Room of God/Goddess of Genesis. However, it is unknown if the driver can grant the desires that are written on the Desire Card as the Vision Driver does.
Weapons Summoning[]
Unlike the Vision Driver, inserting a Raise Buckle does not solely allow the user to equip any GM Riders with the associated armor. Instead, the Zillion Driver's Raise Buckle slot also allows the user to equip themselves with the buckle's associated weapons. Alternatively, in Suel's case, the Zillion Driver's Raise Buckle slot allows its user to summon the Raise Buckle, or its weapon matching the Raise Buckle (i.e. the Magnum Shooter 40X for the Magnum Buckle).
Acceleration (Accelerate)[]
The Ziilion Driver allows the user to increase their speed. Regad uses this function in his fight against GeatsIX by pressing the Sitgma Metricser. Suel also uses this function, though he presses the button on the Great Assemble and in a more versatile way as he simply moved Na-Go Fantasy Form charging into Tycoon Bujin Sword as they were both trying to finish Regad Omega.
Time reversal (Reverse)[]
The Zillion Driver has the ability to revert the target to a previous state in time. Suel used this function to undo Ace's transformation and remove his power of Genesis and also used it to remove Michinaga, Keiwa and Neon's transformation and their status as Kamen Riders.
Others[]
Being a transformation device used by Zitt and Suel, the former being the Game Master and the latter being the Executive Producer of Desire Grand Prix, it can be assumed that the Zillion Driver inherits the abilities of the Vision Driver, its predecessor.

Portrayal[]
The voice of the Zillion Driver is provided by Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (松岡 禎丞, Matsuoka Yoshitsugu), who also voices Suel, the Vision Driver, and the Laser Raise Riser.
Notes[]
- The Zillion Driver is a retool of the Vision Driver, with a completely re-shelled main body and different LEDs while the belt is simply repainted gold.
- Unlike the Vision Driver, the button on the Raise Buckle slot now has functionality when nothing is inserted and pressing the button on top multiple times is not required to change modes.
- Similarly to the DX Evol-Driver with Legend Rider Fullbottles, the DX Zillion Driver announces the Final Forms of a Rider when a Legend Rider Raise Buckle is inserted and activated, and announces the transformation sound at the end.
- For example, equipping the Wizardriver Raise Buckle would play "Infinity Infinity! Infinity Please!".
- However, the Showa Rider Raise Buckles will all announce as "Golden History Infinity!"
- Both Regad and Regad Omega's announcements use a deeper voice similar to that of Suel's own, while Gazer Zero uses a tone more similar to that of the Vision Driver.
- For unknown reasons, when Zitt and Suel swipe the Sirius Card into the Zillion Reader to transform into Regad and Regad Omega respectively, a high-pitch sound is heard alongside the Zillion Driver swiping's default sound. But when Nemeru does so to transform into Gazer Zero, only the swiping's default sound is heard.
