The Zawame City Restoration Bureau (沢芽市復興局, Zawame-shi Fukkōkyoku) is an organization formed with the main purpose of restoring the city of Zawame back to its former conditions. It began operations a few months after the clearing of the Helheim Forest invasion in the city, and bore witness to the invasion of Earth by Megahex. The organization is currently led by Takatora Kureshima, former leader and overseer of the Research and Development project of Yggdrasill Corporation, right after Yggdrasill has been demolished. - The logo of the Zawame City Restoration Bureau is that of a sapling, a homage to the logo of Yggdrasill Corporation. It is possible that the organization acts as a reformed Yggdrasill.
- It is interesting to note that they worked with two construction companies known respectively as "Ryus O Kougyo" (lit. Ryus O Industrial Enterprise) and "Terui Tsuchi Kenchiku" (照井土建築 lit. Terui Building).
