Portrayal

Zat is voiced by Noriko Hidaka (日高のり子, Noriko Hidaka), who is well known for her role as the voice of the Dominator gun in Psycho Pass, which houses an AI like Zat.

Etymology

Like most of the major devices created by Hiden Intelligence, Zat is based on an English word, specifically the word "That."
