Yuriko Kuroe (黒江ユリ子, Kuroe Yuriko) is a member of Black Satan who operates as Electronic Wave Humanoid Black Tackle (電波人間ブラックタックル, Denpa Ningen Burakku Takkuru).
History[]
She briefly used the name Yuriko Natsuki (夏木 ユリ子, Natsuki Yuriko) and falsely claimed to be Hana Natsuki's older sister to get close to her and bring her to her side.
Personality[]
Yuriko was a brainwashed puppet of Black Satan who believed herself to be the daughter of the Black Satan executive Ms. Titan. While pretending to be Hana's long lost sister, Yuriko is seen to be kind-hearted and innocent, but this is only her facade in order to capture Hana. Her true personality is that of a cold and ruthless killer.
After a while, she starts to regain her old sense of self, wishing to break free from Miss Titan's brainwashing. As such, Yuriko becomes more selfless and loyal as she is shown to save and sacrifice herself for Hana. Eventually, she is given the chance of redemption and to start over the life she had lost.

- Statistics[1]
- Height: 178.1 cm
- Weight: 86.7 kg
Black Tackle's base form comprises mainly a black-colored leather attire, complete with a customized ladybug-themed battle helmet and a pair of translucent yellow gloves which she uses to fire strong pulses of electromagnetic waves as an offensive attack.
While not suited up, Yuriko is also able to utilize hypnotic waves, which she uses to render Hana Natsuki unconscious and bring out her inner demon, in order to "brainwash" her into becoming a servant of Black Satan.
Upon being commanded to do so, Black Tackle can initiate the Ultra Cyclone, a self-destruct attack as a last resort which activates a time bomb within her helmet, destroying herself and everything around her in an explosion. However, the helmet was destroyed by Kamen Rider Aguilera's Stamping Break before the Ultra Cyclone could be completed, thus saving Yuriko.

Etymology[]
- Her name is an homage to Yuriko Misaki, who became Electronic Wave Humanoid Tackle and served as a prototype for female Kamen Riders. Her last name, Kuroe, comes from the word Black (黑, Kuro), symbolizing her to be a dark/black version of Tackle.
