Yuina Tachibana (立花 結菜, Tachibana Yuina) is Kento Fukamiya's fiancé who transformed into Kamen Rider Falchion (仮面ライダーファルシオン, Kamen Raidā Farushion).
History[]
Background[]
Yuina Tachibana was caught in one of the Sword of Logos' battles, which resulted in the death of her fiancée. She screamed for help, only to see Kamen Rider Espada fighting against a group of Shimi. Blaming him for the loss of her fiancée, Yuina harbored to get revenge on Kento Fukamiya. Yuina was recruited by Mamiya in a crusade to erase the swordsmen from existence, being granted a copy of Mumeiken Kyomu and the Amazing Siren Wonder Ride Book.
Kamen Rider Saber: Trio of Deep Sin[]
For the last eight years, Yuina posed as Kento Fukamiya's love interest and eventual fiancée. Once he was at his most happiest, Yuina began attacking him as Kamen Rider Falchion. However, Kento managed to temporarily swipe Mumeiken Kyomu and stab Falchion in the arm. When returning home, Kento finds the scar on Yuina's arm and learns she was the one who attacked him. Yuina revealed her true nature and her contempt towards Kento for the death of her first fiancée.
The next day, Yuina meets Kento at a wedding chappel and she transforms into Falchion. While her hatred against Kento allowed Falchion to overwhelm Espada at first, the Lamp do Alangina Wonder Ride Book suddenly transforms into the Arabina Night. This allowed Kento access to Espada Arabian Night in order to defeat Yuina. Suddenly, Mumeiken Kyomu started to move on its own and stabbed Yuina in the abdomen due to the conclusion of her contract.
Fatally wounded, Yuina locked herself to another room so Kento wouldn't have to see her. Despite their relationship was based on a lie, the eight years she had spent with Kento made her genuinely care for him. Kento would still cease to exist once she dies due to being the only person left to remember him. Although Kento tearfully begged to see her, she passed away from her injuries.
After Mamiya rewrote reality, the events that followed the last eight years was undone and Yuina was restored back to life. She came across Kento after dropping a copy of Aladdin and the Magic Lamp, but tried to walk away. However, Kento had too possessed the same book and asked Yuina if he was interested in having coffee someday.

Amazing Siren (アメイジングセイレーン, Ameijingu Seirēn) is Falchion's siren-based form accessed by using the Amazing Siren Wonder Ride Book in the Haken Bladriver.
Compared to Eternal Phoenix, this form's stats are drastically lower yet higher than Saber, Blades, and Espada. The form is also capable of sprouting white wings from her back. Bearing the motif of a siren, Falchion is capable of releasing hallucinations to confuse the opponent, allowing Falchion to overwhelm them in battle. However, this hallucination ability was not used by Yuina.

- Kento Fukamiya: Yuina is Kento's fiancé, however she is abstaining from marrying him due to her going into the relationship for revenge and not out of actual love. Yuina later admitted that while revenge was her original goal, she later came to fall in love with him during the eight years they had together. After the timeline was restored, she was returned to life, and had met Kento when she dropped her book. He asked her if she would want coffee someday.

Yuina is portrayed by Rin Asuka (飛鳥 凛, Asuka Rin), who previously portrayed Wakana Sonozaki in Kamen Rider W. As Kamen Rider Falchion, her suit actor is Danki Sakae (榮 男樹, Sakae Danki).
