Yoshio Urasawa wrote the Kamen Rider Wizard portion of Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Wizard & Fourze: Movie War Ultimatum, as well as the Movie War portion itself. He previously wrote the story for the movie Kamen Rider BLACK RX: Running Around the World.
Urasawa was previously the head writer for many installments of the Toei Fushigi Comedy Series, including La Belle Fille Masquée Poitrine, which was homaged in Ultimatum.
