Yoshiko Tajimi (多治見 喜子, Tajimi Yoshiko) is the Prime Minister of Hokuto. She is able to change into the Owl Lost Smash (オウルロストスマッシュ, Ōru Rosuto Sumasshu) using the Fukurou Fullbottle.
History[]
Background[]
Yoshiko Tajimi was the Prime Minister of Hokuto. Seven years ago, Tajimi sat alongside Gentoku Himuro and Masakuni Mido during the INSET ceremony. After Soichi Isurugi activated the Pandora Box and raised the Skywall, Taijmi was exposed by the box's blinding light as Japan divided it into three regions.
As a result, Tajimi became a war mongering individual who ostensibly spent most of her nation's budget on military development while appealing for child care and agricultural policies. As a result, the economy of Hokuto is tight as most children are out of school and the working adults are out of jobs.
Prelude to the War[]
Tajimi keeps in contact with the other Prime Ministers, Taizan Himuro and Masakuni Mido, regarding their monthly meetings to report each their nation's growths. She gave an update on Hokuto's latest projects of child care and agriculture policies. While she pridicules Prime Minister Mido's efforts in Seito as selfish and ridiculous, and seemingly was amused by the fact that the Sky Wall prevented the country of Japan from reunifying. When Prime Minister Himuro tried to extend his hands to shake hers and Mido's to agree on the next meeting, both left and terminated the communication.
As the three Prime Ministers decided to meet public at the Touto Institute of Advanced Matter Physics to examine the Pandora Box, Blood Stalk invaded the institute in order to claim the Box for Faust. She and Mido later berates Prime Minister Himuro for being unable to deal with the Kamen Rider and Ryuga Banjo and letting them escape into her capital, only for Himuro to have an immediate heart attack.
Tajimi continues believe that this was done intentionally by Himuro or Mido to cause widespread panic among Hokuto's citizens and that the Kamen Rider is a secret weapon of war. Her accusations are stopped as Prime Minister Himuro's son Gentoku calls her out on her seemingly hidden intent to attack Touto by causing hostility, saying they will deal with her problem and abruptly terminates her holo-transmission.
The Japanese Civil War[]
As new Hazard Smash were starting to surface despite Faust's apparent dissolution, the starving nation of Hokuto declared war on Touto by sending an army of forces to secure the Pandora Box, with Tajimi having aligned with Faust. This allowed the progression of Hokuto's latest forces against Touto, the Hokuto Sanbagarasu and Kamen Rider Grease.
While the war between Touto and Hokuto persisted, an arrangement was reached by both governments where the two nations would pit their representative Kamen Riders against each other. As the proxy battle between Build and Grease came underway, Blood Stalk stood beside Tajimi in the Hokuto capital as they watched the proxy fight on television. It is revealed that even if Grease loses, Hokuto will still continue invading Touto. After Grease was defeated by Build using the Hazard Trigger, Stalk stops Tajimi from giving the order as Seito Guardians storm the building and reveals that he was never on Hokuto's side. As the Seito Guardians apprehend Tajimi, she bore witness to Seito's newest Rider, Kamen Rider Rogue.
Reemergence As A Lost Smash[]
Tajimi was declared missing as Seito continued their invasion on Seito. Unknown to everyone, Evolto still had Tajimi under his custody and administers her with Nebula Gas to become the Owl Lost Smash. She battles Grease until Sento intervenes to assist him. Kazumi revealed that Tajimi is actually the Owl Lost Smash and if Build defeats her, Tajimi would be killed. Although MadRogue's interference didn't help them, Build used his Genius Form to neutralize the effects of the Nebula Gas in Tajimi. After being purified back to normal, the effects of the Pandora Box's light had disappeared. As Tajimi asked Kazumi for forgiveness for her mistakes, Evolto arrived and Kazumi escorted her to safety.
New World[]
In the new world recreated by Sento Kiryu, she is a member of Prime Minister Himuro's new cabinet and serves as Japan's Minister of Welfare.
Personality[]
Due to the exposure of Nebula Gas, Yoshiko was power hungry, manipulative, and willing to endanger the lives of her subordinates to acquire the Pandora Box. After the Nebula Gas was neutralized, her true personality was revealed as she displayed great remorse for her actions and asked for Kazumi's forgiveness.

One transforms into the Owl Lost Smash by using the Fukurou Fullbottle and absorbing multiple Clone Smash.
