Yoshiko Sengen (千眼美子, Sengen Yoshiko), formerly known as Fumika Shimizu (清水富美加, Shimizu Fumika), is a Japanese actress and former model who portrayed Yuki Jojima in Kamen Rider Fourze.
Biography[]
Shimizu began her modeling career at the age of 15. At 16, she was cast as Yuki in Fourze.
In 2017, she portrayed Toka Kirishima in a live-action film adaptation of Tokyo Ghoul. Later that year, Shimizu terminated her contract with LesPro Entertainment and joined Happy Science
along with its subsidiary agency ARI Productions Co. under her new legal name Yoshiko Sengen (千眼美子, Sengen Yoshiko).[1][2]
Sengan did not return to reprise any of her previous roles, which were then recast. Since joining Happy Science, Sengan has had several roles within the religious sect, with her most successful role being Sayuri in The Real Exorcist, which broke Japanese box offices, saw national accolades, and had several screenings throughout the United States.
In 2023, Sengen released a book titled "I'll Tell You Everything: Real Name, Fumika Shimizu, and Today I Will Become a Nun".[3]. In the book, she announced a break from entertainment and her intent to become a nun, having struggled with recent mental health issues that led to her joining Happy Science and the reveal of a recent scandal involving Yuuma Meshida, the bassist for the band KANA-BOON.[4]
