Template:Characterinfo Xatan (ザタン, Zatan) was the leader of the Akumaizer who is able to use the Underworld's magic. He plans on taking over the world together with his subordinates Eel and Gahra. He was eventually killed by Kamen Rider Wizard's Special Dragon Rush in Special Rush.

Xalard
Xalard is Xatan's Jankel, which he uses in a fencing like style and uses in combination with his magic.
Magic
Able to use Magic from the Earth's Underworld, Xatan is able to communicate and control humans and monsters easily.
Zeebar

A device originally created by Kageto Banba to enhance Saburo Kazeta's psychic powers. Xatan uses it to transform the Akumaizer's armored car into the flying warship Zaiderbeck. It was destroyed by a one inch punch thrown by Kamen Rider Fourze in Meteor Nadeshiko Fusionstates.

Xatan is a homage to Xavitan
from Akumaizer 3, who is also the leader of the team.
Portrayal
Xatan is voiced by Demon Kakka (デーモン閣下, Dēmon Kakka) of Seikima-II. His suit actor was Hirokazu Iwakami (岩上 弘数, Iwakami Hirokazu).
