X Wizard (クロスウィザード, Kurosu Wizādo, pronounced "Cross Wizard") is a Job Chemy based on a wizard.

Background[]
X Wizard was one of 101 Chemies that were sealed into Ride Chemy Cards.
X Wizard was called upon by Rinne's father Fuga after he was framed to assist him in battle.[Run Through! Evolutionary Firelord!]
Kamen Rider Gotchard[]
X Wizard's card was left in the Ouroboros Realm while Hopper1 and Steamliner were sent by Fuga to find the person chosen by fate. X Wizard was eventually unsealed from its Ride Chemy Card and was now on the loose.[Gotcha! Hopper1!]
It was later found by Licht Kugimiya and tricked into planning something with him in preparation against the Kamen Riders.[Kamen Rider The Winter Movie: Gotchard & Geats Strongest Chemy★Great Gotcha Operation] X Wizard also shown to possess five Number 10 Rider Chemy Cards, consisting of BeetlX, ExceedFighter, Lixion, X Fortress, and Xeggdrasil.[Seize the Happy! Kamen Rider The Winter Movie: Gotchard & Geats Strongest Chemy★Great Gotcha Operation[]
X Wizard revealed themselves by transforming Keiwa Sakurai, Michinaga Azuma, and Neon Kurama into Chemies, forcing the alchemists and both sets of Kamen Riders into banding together to seal X Wizard's fellow Level 10 Chemies to allow the three transformed ex-Desire Grand Prix Kamen Riders to be returned to their human forms, though X Wizard was confused as to why Ace Ukiyo wasn't a Chemy as well, who hadn't seen the spirit of Ace's dog Constantine intercept the attack and transformed into the Geats Chemy in his place.
After Exceedfighter, Lixion, X Fortress, Xeggdrasil, and BeetlX were bested and sealed, X Wizard, true to their word, reversed the Chemification process on Keiwa, Michinaga and Neon, returning them to their human selves. X Wizard seemingly allowed themselves to be sealed as well, but instead trapped everyone but Tsumuri, Ace, and Minato, in a dream world that catered to each and everyone's individual wishes, though not out of malice, but out of loneliness caused by the Chemy Law that forbade humans and Chemies from interacting. When Hotaru broke free with Ace's godly help, he soon woke up in the real world, followed by everyone else.
A repentant X Wizard explained themselves, only for Kugimiya to betray X Wizard, having used the Chemy to bring Ace to him, and used X Wizard to transform into the Wizard Malgam. X Wizard tried to forcibly undo the Malgam fusion but was unable to undo it by itself. When Kugimiya was defeated as the Wizard Malgam by Rinne Kudo as Kamen Rider Majade, X Wizard was placed in a Ride Chemy Card before Kugimiya used his alchemy to become the Wizard Malgam again, then Geats Killer.
X Wizard was freed once more after Geats IX and Star Gotchard unleashed their Rider Kicks at the Geats Buster QB9 Ace threw into the gigantic Geats Killer's forehead seconds earlier. As Kugimiya was led away in handcuffs, X Wizard had once again been sealed in a Ride Chemy Card alongside their fellow Level 10 Chemy that were there for the adventure.
Kamen Rider Gotchard (Continued)[]
X Wizard along with the other Chemies are captured again by Glion when the Pteranodon Malgam used his abilities to send the Chemy Cards through the portals.
X Wizard was seen again when Glion looked at the Level 10 Chemies, but decides to transmute Dragonalos and a Malice Doll together into the Dragon Malgam to find Gaiard.
X Wizard was being forcibly used by Glion to open the Door of Darkness. However, motivated by Houtaro's words and Hopper1's action to try to escape. X Wizard and the other Level 10 Chemies empowered Hopper1, turning the Chemy into Crosshopper. X Wizard and the rest of the Chemies were later returned to Houtaro after Geyron's defeat and praises him.

X Wizard, at first, seemed to be a shrewd & cunning Chemy, as it made the riders and alchemists play it's game for X Wizard's own enjoyment. However, underneath that persona, X Wizard is a Chemy that just wanted to be happy and not alone. X Wizard was sad for the longest time, and wanted to play with others, as it wanted friends.

- Intelligible Speech: X Wizard is capable of conversing in full sentences, which most Chemies cannot do other than shout their own name.[1]
- Magic: X Wizard is able to use a variety of magic from it’s book.
- Pawn Jyamato Creation: X Wizard can use its magic power to create countless Pawn Jyamatos.
- Chemy Transformation: Any living being like humans such as Michinaga, Keiwa, and Neon are transformed into Chemy versions of their Rider forms.
- Dream World Creation: X Wizard can create a world of dreams, where anyone can live out their greatest fantasies. However, Houtaro was able to escape because of him wanting to apologize to his mom for what he said to her.

X Wizard is voiced by Rie Takahashi (高橋 李依, Takahashi Rie). Its suit actress is Naoko Kamio (神尾 直子, Kamio Naoko).

- The letter X in its name is read as Cross.

- X Wizard is the first Chemy portrayed by a suit actor as opposed to puppetry and/or CGI.
- X Wizard also shouts its own name, as seen in its appearance in episode 18 signifying that X Wizard possibly learned how to speak normally.
- X Wizard is currently the only of the 101 Chemies not to have an associated Rider form in any media.
- Repli-X Wizard, however, was used by Clotho as Kamen Rider Dread Type-Three during the final episode, though as part of a finisher move.
