The X Unit (Ｘユニット, Ekkusu Unitto)[1] is an attachment that combines with the Birth Driver to form the Birth Driver X (バースドライバーＸ, Bāsu Doraibā Ekkusu), and allows its user to harness the power of the Core Medals to transform into Kamen Rider Birth X.
It was developed by the Kougami Foundation to fight Ancient OOO and the Greeeds, who were revived in 2021. It is later used as a conduit for the user to jump between different dimensions.

Equipment[]
Birth X can summon weapons by removing the bottom Core Medal and placing it back to the top.
- Arm: Interchangeable depending on different torso Core Medals.

After equipping the Kani Arm, Birth X can perform the Kani Core Burst (カニコアバースト, Kani Koa Bāsuto): Birth X forms an energy gashapon capsule surrounded by rotating energy Cell Medals that constantly change color. He fires a volley of these capsules at the enemy, then fires a second volley after a brief moment.

Unlike most Birth equipments, the voice of X Unit is provided by Akira Kushida (串田 晃, Kushida Akira), who voiced most OOO equipments in the series.
