World of Swartz & Tsukuyomi (スウォルツ、ツクヨミの世界, Suu~orutsu, Tsukuyomi no Sekai)[1], also known as World of Swartz (スウォルツの世界, Suworutsu no Sekai) or World of Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi (仮面ライダーツクヨミの世界, Kamen Raidā Tsukuyomi no Sekai) [2019: Apocalypse], is the native world of the Swartz and Alpina, who hail from a clan of humans that governs time and space and are the respective rulers of their world. Because Kamen Riders do not exist in their world, their time axises do not align with the rest of the A.R. Worlds.
This would all change once Alpina, the true heir to the throne, had obtained Kamen Rider powers herself, and set their world in alignment with the rest of the A.R. Worlds, though that alignment was lost shortly after Tsukuyomi's demise.
This world's existence is also tied to that of Swartz, meaning his death will also lead to this world's destruction. This was later proven true when he was defeated by Sougo Tokiwa. However due to his actions that rewrote history instead, this world was later restored albeit intergrated into Sougo's world instead.

- The World of Swartz was facing destruction due to lacking their own native Kamen Rider, so Alpina became a Kamen Rider to fill that void. However Swartz had previously obtained the power of Another Decade, which leaves to question as to why it did not prevent his world from being destroyed, as Another Riders are still technically Kamen Riders.
- A plausible explanation would be that their world needed their own unique Rider and not a copy of someone else. Because of this, Alpina getting her powers would stop their world from being destroyed, and Swartz stealing Decade's powers wouldn't have any benefit to him whatsoever.
