Similar to the Agents, the Whipped Soldiers (ホイップ兵, Hoippu-hei) are servants of Kamen Rider Gavv summoned in his Caking Form through the Gavvwhipir.
Overview
By long pressing the Whippush, Gavv Caking Form can summon a pair of Whipped Soldiers to assist him in battle. They come in two different physiques.
Whipped Soldiers utilized their Whipped Rod that capable of attacking the enemy and deflecting incoming enemy attacks. However, they are prone to dizziness when they overexert themselves, as shown when one Whipped Soldier vomits after continuously twirling the Whipped Rod to deflect Agents' attacks.
They will burst into whipped cream when damaged enough, and the splattered cream can block enemy visions, allowing Gavv to launch a surprise attack. Once the summoned Whipped Soldiers are gone, Gavv can produce another pair to assist him again.
Personality
The Whipped Soldiers are competent fighters but they have a whimsical side to them. They may get into tough spots, wonder off in the middle of a fight, or get dizzy enough to the point of vomiting up whipped cream.[1] They can be seen cheering for Gavv when he comes to rescue them.

The whipped cream that comes out of Gavvwhipir transforms into Whipped Soldiers. Each Whipped Soldier carries a Whipped Rod.
Whipped Soldiers consist of the following parts:
- Whipped Top (ホイップトップ, Hoippu Toppu): The head.
- Whippron (ホイップロン, Hoippuron): The armor. It functions as a shield to protect Kamen Rider Gavv Caking Form.
- Whipped Arm (ホイップアーム, Hoippu Āmu): The arms. It excels at stick fighting and supports combat by using its high-speed spinning Whipped Rod to repel attacks on Gavv Caking Form.
- Whipped Leg (ホイップレッグ, Hoippu Reggu): The legs. It is highly quiet and agile, allowing for backup operations for injured comrades or those in need of rescue.

By putting a Gochizo into the Gavvwhipir, Kamen Rider Gavv can create Whipped Soldiers with the characteristics of the Gochizo and grant them the associated weapons or abilities.

Zaku Whipped Soldier (ザクホイップ兵, Zaku Hoippu-hei) is a Whipped Soldier's potato chips-based form accessed by Kamen Rider Gavv using the Zakuzakuchips Gochizo in the Gavvwhipir. In this form, the Whipped Soldier is armed with two Zakuzakuchipslashers.
The Zaku Whipped Soldier has slightly better jump height and speed. But while its attack powers are worse, it is competent at using the Zakuzakuchipslashers to attack enemies.
Zaku Whipped Soldier consist of the following parts:
- Whipped Top (ホイップトップ, Hoippu Toppu): The head.
- Whippron (ホイップロン, Hoippuron): The armor. It functions as a shield to protect Kamen Rider Gavv Caking Form.
- Zaku Whipped Arm (ザクホイップアーム, Zaku Hoippu Āmu): The arms. It attacks using the sword-shaped weaponry material Zakuzakuchipslashers.
- Zaku Whipped Leg (ザクホイップレッグ, Zaku Hoippu Reggu): The legs. The sharp edges make it possible to combine slashing strikes with footwork.

Choco Whipped Soldier (チョコホイップ兵, Choko Hoippu-hei) is a Whipped Soldier's chocolate-based form accessed by Kamen Rider Gavv using the Chocodan Gochizo in the Gavvwhipir. In this form, the Whipped Soldier is armed with a Chocodangun.
The Choco Whipped Soldier has slightly better jump height and speed. But while its attack powers are worse, it is competent at using the Chocodangun to attack enemies.
Choco Whipped Soldier consist of the following parts:
- Whipped Top (ホイップトップ, Hoippu Toppu): The head.
- Whippron (ホイップロン, Hoippuron): The armor. It functions as a shield to protect Kamen Rider Gavv Caking Form.
- Choco Whipped Arm (チョコホイップアーム, Choko Hoippu Āmu): The arms. It attacks using the gun-shaped weaponry material Chocodangun.
- Choco Whipped Leg (チョコホイップレッグ, Choko Hoippu Reggu): The legs. The excellent explosive power allows them to quickly change firing position and posture.
