―Summoning announcement[src]

The Vrocanbuggy (ブルキャンバギー, Burukyanbagī) is Kamen Rider Gavv's lollipop-based Rider Machine that is materialized by using a Vrocan Gochizo. It has an alternate weapon form called the Vrocangatling (ブルキャンガトリング, Burukyangatoringu) that is wielded by Gavv Gurucan Form.

The Vrocanbuggy's appearance can be changed according to Shoma's instructions, and he often uses it in the form of a regular motorcycle when not fighting as Gavv.

Overview[]

The Vrocanbuggy manifests out of a cloud of lollipops regurgitated from the Henshin Belt Gavv. Gavv can manifest it above enemies in order to use it as an attack in enclosed spaces. It is capable of driving on the sides of buildings and firing peppermint-themed bullets from the sides of its wheels.

Components[]

The Vrocanbuggy consists of the following parts:[1]

  • Vrocowl (ブルキャウル, Burukyauru): The head cowl. It has sensory organs with roles similar to high-performance radar and gunsights in the ultrahard cowl, allowing it to track any target.
  • Wheeloop (ウィーループ, Wīrūpu): The drive wheels. They are hard and boast high road handling without bursting, even on the roughest roads. They are also connected to an excellent body axis that can withstand 90 revolutions per second.
  • Inverlollipop (インバーロリポップ, Inbāroripoppu): The backrest. It has a function that holds passengers firmly in place by developing a unique, highly viscous aura, exhibiting an effect beyond a seat belt to ensure safety.
  • Vrovmotor (ブルブモータ, Burubumōta): The power source.
  • Gatdrop (ガドロップ, Gadoroppu): The ejection ports. They continuously fire hard peppermint-themed bullets generated internally.

The Vrocangatling (ブルキャンガトリング, Burukyangatoringu) is the weapon form of the Vrocanbuggy wielded by Kamen Rider Gavv Gurucan Form. It is created by using Shoma's kin Vrocan Gochizo, and performs continuous shooting because of high-speed rotation.

Gurucan Gochizos forming bullets

Gurucan Gochizo creating bullets inside the Vrovmotor.

If the Vrocanbuggy is already summoned when Gavv enters Gurucan Form, it will automatically come to him and transform into the Vrocangatling. When a Vrocan Gochizo is used while in Gurucan Form, it momentarily takes the form of the Vrocanbuggy before flipping over and transforming into the Vrocangatling.

The peppermint-themed bullets it fires swerve around in midair and explode when they land. Rotating the Wheeloops serves to strengthen the bullets. It can overheat after being fired, and will require Gochizo to blow on the barrels in order to cool it down. Due to its weight and bulk, it is difficult to use for anyone but Gavv in Gurucan Form.

Due to the nature of the Vrocan Gochizo, the Vrocangatlng's large size lends to it being a very heavy weapon, with only Gavv's Gurucan form being able to wield it (relatively) unencumbered. Otherwise, the Vrocangatling is too heavy to be reliably carried by other users, as Valen Chocodon form visibly struggled to handle the weapon's large weight.

The Vrocangatling consists of the following parts:[2]

  • Gatdrop (ガドロップ, Gadoroppu): The ejection ports. They continuously fire hard peppermint-themed bullets generated internally.
  • Vrovmotor (ブルブモータ, Burubumōta): The power source. Hard bullets are also created by Gochizo in tandem with the power mechanism.
  • Wheeloop (ウィーループ, Wīrūpu): The ammunition loading mechanism. They are connected to an excellent body axis that can withstand 90 revolutions per second, and by rotating them, they supply hard bullets to the Gatdrops.
  • Vrocowl (ブルキャウル, Burukyauru): The gunsight. It has sensory organs with roles similar to high-performance radar and gunsights, allowing it to track any target.
  • Inverlollipop (インバーロリポップ, Inbāroripoppu): The handle. It raises holding strength by developing a unique, highly viscous aura. Bipedal support rods can be deployed to stabilize shooting by supporting and holding the weight of the main body.
Finishers
  • Unnamed Rider Shooting: Gavv spins the blue Wheeloop three times, extending two support rods from the bottom of the Vrocangatling to steady it. He pulls the trigger to fire a barrage of hard candy bullets which swerve around in midair before they strike and destroy the enemy. This finisher can also be used in conjunction with the Bakucan Blast when in Bakucan Assist.

Notes[]

  • The Vrocanbuggy's original form is the first Rider Machine based on an all-terrain vehicle, referred to as a "buggy" in Japan.
  • The Vrocan Gochizo themselves transform into the Vrocanbuggy, only becoming Angel Gochizo after Gavv is finished using the Vrocanbuggy.
  • A customized motorcycle with the Vrocanbuggy's head, seat, and rear fender is used for filming close-up shots in lieu of CGI. This form has yet to appear in the show but can be seen in official photos.[3]
  • The Vrocowl is modeled after a bull, in a Japanese pun on the first two syllables of Vrocan.
  • Unlike Gavv's other Follow-up Snack Changes, neither the Vrocanbuggy nor the Vrocangatling are referred to as Vrocan Assist in official materials.
  • While the Vrocanbuggy has Gatdrops on all four of its wheels in the show, the Vrocangatling and the toy only have them on the left wheels.
