This iteration of Vice (バイス, Baisu) was created by George Karizaki in order to restore Ikki's memories of his inner demon. Much like the original, this Vice is able to transform into Kamen Rider Vice (仮面ライダーバイス, Kamen Raidā Baisu), and combine with Revi to form Kamen Rider Revice Shin (仮面ライダーリバイス・真, Kamen Raidā Ribaisu Shin).

When George was trying to restore Ikki's memory of Vice by sending his conscious to his "World of Memories", an iteration of Vice appeared.

- Combatant: Vice seems to be knowledgeable in certain martial arts techniques such as executing a corkscrew pile driver. On a more humorous note, Vice sometimes has a knack for executing parodies of techniques from other fictional franchises.
Weaknesses[]
- Ikki Igarashi: Vice is dependent on the body and mind of his host, Ikki, and cannot assume a physical form without Ikki transforming or using the Rex Vistamp. If Ikki dies, Vice will as well. When the two are swapped as a result of using the Rolling Vistamp, George mentioned that Ikki becoming incorporeal meant he could not consume any nutrients and therefore could starve to death, which would kill Vice as well.
Forms[]
Kamen Rider Vice's forms are called Genomes (ゲノム, Genomu). Vice transforms into the same Genome as Revi when the latter uses a Vistamp in his Revice Driver. When the two obtained the Giffard Rex Vistamp, Vice gained his own Revice Driver, enabling him to transform independently of Revi.

Rex Genome (レックス ゲノム, Rekkusu Genomu) is Vice's Tyrannosaurus rex-based primary form accessed by using the Rex Vistamp in the Revice Driver.
Compared to Revi, Vice has lower punching and kicking power but higher jump height and running speed. In this form, Vice can breathe fire or enlarge his tail and use it to attack enemies. Revi can control these abilities using the Rex Vistamp. Unlike Revi's more traditional fighting style, Vice often makes use of wrestling moves such as grabs, throws, and suplexes.
Rex Genome consists of the following parts:
- Genomet (ゲノメット, Genometto): The head.
- Rex Genomet (レックスゲノメット, Rekkusu Genometto): The helmet. The demon-only equipment Genomet has changed due to the power of the Rex Vistamp. By equipping this, the transformation into a Kamen Rider is completed, and various abilities can be improved while special attacks such as flame attacks become possible.
- Rex Genomet Eye (レックスゲノメットアイ, Rekkusu Genometto Ai): The Rex Genomet's eyes. Each eye has a wide viewing angle, and by freely manipulating the four eyes together with the Vice Eyes, the ability to search for enemies is dramatically improved.
- Rex Genomet Nose (レックスゲノメットノーズ, Rekkusu Genometto Nōzu): The Rex Genomet's nose. It has a sharp sense of smell that can distinguish the surrounding situation, and it is useful for supporting Kamen Rider Revi.
- Vice Eye (バイスアイ, Baisu Ai): The eyes. Visual acuity is about 8.6 when applied to human units. Furthermore, it is possible to capture the existence of demon that humans cannot see.
- Vice Muffler (バイスマフラー, Baisu Mafurā): The scarf. It flutters in the wind as a symbol of devilish coolness.
- Rex Genobreast (レックスゲノブレスト, Rekkusu Genoburesuto): The chest armor. The unique ability engraved with the symbol mark makes the demon a T-Rex warrior. In addition, when a Vistamp is directly stamped on the stamping-type information input device Ohinjector (オーインジェクター, Ōinjekutā), the Genome can be changed independently.
- Vice Body (バイスボディ, Baisu Bodi): Vice's body. It is said that the demon's body, which was materialized by the contract with Ikki Igarashi, is incomparably stronger and more flexible than a humans, and that the damage during battle depends largely on the mood.

- Rex Geno Bracer (レックスゲノブレイサー, Rekkusu Geno Bureisā): The forearm armor. It has the ability to strengthen the arms by adding the power of the T-Rex to the physical strength of the demon. In addition, it gives the demon's claws the hardness and sharpness of a T-Rex's fangs, allowing them to be used in combat.
- Rex Vice Leg (レックスバイスレッグ, Rekkusu Baisu Reggu): The legs. Levitation can be performed by changing their form.
- Rex Geno Leg Guards (レックスゲノレガース, Rekkusu Geno Regāsu): The shin armor. It has the ability to strengthen the legs by adding the power of the T-Rex to the leg strength of the demon. Furthermore, by receiving the operation of the Revice Driver and gathering high-density energy on the sole of the foot, the finishing move Rex Stamping Finish can be activated. This makes it possible to cancel the contract of a Deadman.
- Rex Geno Tail (レックスゲノテール, Rekkusu Geno Tēru): The tail. Mammoth Genome (マンモス ゲノム, Manmosu Genomu) is Vice's mammoth and Kamen Rider Den-O-based form accessed by using the Mammoth Vistamp in the Revice Driver.
Compared to Rex Genome, this form boasts an increase in punching and kicking power but a decrease in jumping height and running speed. In this form, Vice is armed with a huge Glacier Shield (グレイシャシールド, Gureisha Shīrudo) on each arm that he can use to block attacks. The two shields can be joined together. Vice can also generate shockwaves by stomping the ground.
Mammoth Genome consists of the following parts:
- Genomet (ゲノメット, Genometto): The head.
- Mammoth Genomet (マンモスゲノメット, Manmosu Genometto): The helmet. The demon-only equipment Genomet has changed due to the power of the Mammoth Vistamp. By equipping this, the transformation into a Kamen Rider is completed, and by rapidly increasing the excitement of Vice, the fighting power of the climax is released from the beginning.
- Mammoth Genomet Eye (マンモスゲノメットアイ, Manmosu Genometto Ai): The Mammoth Genomet's eyes. The eyes integrated with the large ears can visualize and capture auditory information. Along with this, the demon's hearing is sharpened, though he doesn't hear important things.
- Mammoth Genomet Horn (マンモスゲノメットホーン, Manmosu Genometto Hōn): The Mammoth Genomet's tusks. They enable him to meet an attack from above and perform a counterattack with his head.

- Mammoth Geno Bracer (マンモスゲノブレイサー, Manmosu Geno Bureisā): The forearm armor. It has the ability to strengthen the arms by adding the power of the mammoth to the physical strength of the demon. In addition, it is equipped with the huge shield Glacier Shield (グレイシャシールド, Gureisha Shīrudo) on each arm, and by combining the two, it exerts defensive power like a thick glacier. Furthermore, when the finishing move Mammoth Stamping Finish is activated, it glows red in response to the energy charge from Kamen Rider Revi and it becomes possible to release twelve copies of the shields from the body and manipulate them.
- Rex Vice Leg (マンモスバイスレッグ, Manmosu Baisu Reggu): The legs. Levitation can be performed by changing their form.
- Mammoth Geno Leg Guards (マンモスゲノレガース, Manmosu Geno Regāsu): The shin armor. It has the ability to strengthen the legs by adding the power of the mammoth to the leg strength of the demon. This makes it possible to support heavy objects over 500 tons and not succumb no matter what kind of attack.
- Mammoth Geno Tail (マンモスゲノテール, Manmosu Geno Tēru): The tail. The power of the mammoth gives it the dexterity to handle objects like a hand. Also, by making the tip hook-shaped, it can be used for fishing.

- Mammoth Stamping Finish (マンモススタンピングフィニッシュ, Manmosu Sutanpingu Finisshu): Vice charges his Glacier Shields with light red energy while Revi charges his Mammoth Gashers with the same energy. Revi throws the Mammoth Gashers toward the enemy, leaving behind trails of red energy, while Vice strikes the ground with the Glacier shields, causing twelve large energy copies of the shields to emerge from the ground in a semicircle around the enemy. The Mammoth Gashers miss the enemy but then swing back around due to being boomerangs and strike the enemy from behind. The Mammoth Gashers then rebound off of the Glacier Shield projections and continue striking the enemy from multiple angles. Afterward, the Mammoth Gashers return to Revi before the Glacier shields stack above the enemy and crush them.
Ultimate Vice

Kamen Rider Ultimate Vice (仮面ライダーアルティメットバイス, Kamen Raidā Arutimetto Baisu) is Vice's final form accessed by using Side S of the Giffard Rex Vistamp in the Revice Driver.
All of Vice's statistics in this form are drastically higher than Kamen Rider Revice. Compared to Ultimate Revi, Ultimate Vice has lower punching and kicking power but higher jump height and running speed. This form grants Vice the power of magnetism. He can enhance his attacks with blue energy representing the negative magnetic pole, with Revi wielding the positive magnetic pole. Vice can also use his magnetism to pull an enemy through the air towards him. By creating a magnetic barrier, he can shield himself from attacks or repel projectiles. Either Revi or Vice can change polarity so that the two match, causing them to be repelled from each other at high speeds. By reverting to their normal polarities again, the Riders can then crush an enemy between them. By combining their complementary magnetic powers, Revi and Vice can launch a sphere of energy powerful enough to dispel the attacks of Giff. Like with his Rex Genome, Vice can also enlarge his tail and use it to attack enemies. Because this form is simply an additional suit of armor on top of Rex Genome, breaking the armor will revert Vice to that Genome.
When Vice removes his side of the Giffard Rex Vistamp from the Revice Driver and stamps it on the ground, a duplicate of him is created for each time it is stamped. By having the duplicates do the same, a large number of them can quickly be created. The Giffard Rex also possesses several abilities of its own to support Revi and Vice. The separate halves of the Vistamp allow the two Riders to remotely communicate with each other, even when one is inside Giff's dimension. Additionally, one half is able to sense the location of the other and fly to it. When the two halves recombine, the Giffard Rex Vistamp can release a blast of fire to attack enemies. One half can also be used to magnetically pull the other Rider toward the user.
Ultimate Vice consists of the following parts:
- Ultimate Vice Head (アルティメットバイスヘッド, Arutimetto Baisu Heddo): The head.
- Vice Head Canopy S (バイスヘッドキャノピーS, Baisu Heddo Kyanopī Esu): The additional armor. It has very high strength and transparency, and serves to enhance head function.
- Ultimate Vice Eye (アルティメットバイスアイ, Arutimetto Baisu Ai): The compound eyes. Said to be the hunter's eyes, the dynamic vision and wide viewing angle of a carnivorous dinosaur, allow them to accurately capture the movement of any small target. In addition, visualization of the magnetic field enables intuitive operation.
- Giffard Rex Embreast S (ギファードレックスエンブレストS, Gifādo Rekkusu Enburesuto Esu): The chest armor. The unique ability engraved with the symbol mark makes the user a magnetic warrior who possesses the negative magnetic pole and can form both poles with a buddy.
- Toroidal Geno Armor (トロイダルゲノアーマー, Toroidaru Geno Āmā): The additional armor. A magnetic shield is deployed on the armor surface to nullify certain impacts. It also has the function of drawing out unknown power by activating the demon's body sealed inside.
- Toroidal Geno Accel (トロイダルゲノアクセル, Toroidaru Geno Akuseru): The augmented energy path. Following the operation of the Revice Driver, the Final Remix is executed by over-supplying energy and changing the Genome Shift (ゲノムシフト, Genomu Shifuto) of each part. This results in a ferocious form which evokes the instincts of a T-Rex.
- Toroidal Vice Shoulder (トロイダルバイスショルダー, Toroidaru Baisu Shorudā): The shoulders. A fierce shoulder tackle reminiscent of the T-Rex's charge shatters everything.
- Ultimate Vice Arm (ルティメットバイスアーム, Arutimetto Baisu Āmu): The arms. The entire arm functions like an electromagnetic coil, enhancing the magnetic field and simultaneously allowing free control.
- Toroidal Vice Glove (トロイダルバイスグローブ, Toroidaru Baisu Gurōbu): The gloves. They have ultra-hard, sharp claws and exhibit superb punching power. They are also capable of ultra-fast firing like a railgun by giving the held substance the same magnetic pole as itself.
- Ultimate Vice Leg (ルティメットバイスレッグ, Arutimetto Baisu Reggu): The legs. Their superb kicking power is further doubled by a simultaneous attack on a target caught in the magnetic field generated between him and his buddy, Kamen Rider Ultimate Revi.
- Toroidal Vice Boots (トロイダルバイスブーツ, Toroidaru Baisu Būtsu): The boots. The linear drive, which utilizes repulsive force with geomagnetism, has greatly improved the running and jumping ability. Revice Rex (リバイスレックス, Ribaisu Rekkusu) is the fusion form of Kamen Rider Revi and Kamen Rider Vice Rex Genome accessed by activating the Remix function of the Rex Vistamp in the Revice Driver.
Revice Rex consists of the following parts:
- Revice Rex Head (リバイスレックスヘッド, Ribaisu Rekkusu Heddo): The head. With dynamic vision like a hunter and eyes with a wide viewing angle, even small target movements can be accurately captured. It also has a strong jaw that shatters everything.
- Revice Rex Body (リバイスレックスボディ, Ribaisu Rekkusu Bodi): The body. It has a figure that draws out the T-Rex's wildness beyond the Genome Limit (ゲノムリミット, Genomu Rimitto), which defines the limit value for handling genetic information of a species, by Remixing.
- Revice Rex Arm (リバイスレックスアーム, Ribaisu Rekkusu Āmu): The arms. An object grabbed by the sharpened claws can never escape.
- Revice Rex Leg (リバイスレックスレッグ, Ribaisu Rekkusu Reggu): The legs. It enables large jumps using maximum length strength and the recoil of the tail, and unleashes the finishing move Rex Stamping Finish that crushes everything with a kick which has the whole weight on it.
- Revice Rex Tail (リバイスレックステール, Rekkusu Ribai Tēru): The tail. While it has the role of a stabilizer that balances when running, it can also be used for a wide range of attacks that eliminate obstacles at once.
Revice Rex's finisher is the Rex Stamping Finish (レックススタンピングフィニッシュ, Rekkusu Sutanpingu Finisshu): Revice Rex leaps into the air and somersaults several times before performing a flying kick covered in pink and blue energy. The kick produces a shockwave and a large projection of the Rex Vistamp's seal upon impact.

- Ikki Igarashi/Kamen Rider Revi: Vice's host, as well as the only human who can sense Vice without using the Revice Driver. Vice has a habit of creating trouble for Ikki no matter what form he takes. In his untransformed state, his unwanted commentary will lead to Ikki angrily retorting, much to the confusion of observers who cannot perceive Vice. Though the two have become close allies throughout their battles against the Deadmans, Vice was visibly hurt when he realized that Ikki still did not fully trust him by keeping him stuck in an incorporeal state outside of transformation. However, after much reflection on Vice's own growth, Ikki decided to place his utmost faith in Vice and fully summon him in his corporeal state, much to Vice's delight. Throughout all battles and life, they became the best "buddies/partners". He loves Ikki for being the best friend he needs.

Etymology[]
- The origin of his name is derived from the English word "Vice", meaning "evil", "immoral behavior", and "secondary", signifying his role as a demon sidekick.[7]
- When combined with the meaning of Revi's name, which is "connection", Revice is intended to mean "connecting with evil."
