The Valvaradriver Kurogane (ヴァルバラドライバー黒鋼, Varubaradoraibā Kurogane) is the transformation device used by Kamen Rider Valvarad to transform into Kamen Rider Valvarad Kurogane.
Overview[]
The Valvaradriver Kurogane is a new type Driver created by Supana Kurogane, as the successor to the Valvaradriver. Thus its appearance is very similar to the Valvaradriver, and some of the same design elements can be seen. Supana created this one-off, special alchemy tool exclusively for himself based on his past experience and his own characteristics.
The evolutionary material transmutation function perfected by Silver Flame allows for unique multiple transmutation between a human and two metal Chemies.
The holder of this Driver will be given the courtesy name "Kamen Rider".
History[]
During the previous battle with Houtaro Ichinose, Supana was gravely injured as he overused the power of the black flame, which resulted in his Valvaradriver's destruction, with Supana being unable to transform into Kamen Rider Valvarad.
Afterwards, using Fuga Kudo's laboratory, Supana began to learn from the previous Valvaradriver and planned to develop a new Driver, but stopped while inventing the base and could not go on. Therefore, the internal structure such as the electronic boards and wiring were initially exposed.
After Supana mastered the silver flame that evolved from the black flame in a confrontation with Gigist, he transmuted the power into the front parts unit, completing the new driver into Valvaradriver Kurogane. The label "Kurogane" was also engraved into the front parts after his first transformation into Valvarad Kurogane.
Design[]
The Valvaradriver Kurogane is composed of the following parts:[1]
- Metal Chemy Card Slot (メタルケミーカードスロット, Metaru Kemī Kādo Surotto): Loading slot for Metal Chemy Cards. The balance mechanism measures the Ride Chemy Cards loaded in each receptacle, and only when the forces are balanced can silver-flame evolutionary multiple transmutation of a human and two Chemies be performed.
- Kurogane Alchemixer (黒鋼アルケミキサ, Kurogane Arukemikisa): The silver-flame substitution type alchemy deployment device. It performs silver-flame evolutionary multiple transmutation by deploying the advanced technique of evolutionary material transmutation using the silver-flames.
- Full Burst VK (フルバーストVK, Furu Bāsuto Bui Kei): The ignition device. By highly compressing the Silver-Flame supplied by the transformer into a strong pressure chamber and reigniting it, it provides enormous amount of energy that is explosively consumed when silver flame evolutionary multiple transmutation is activated.
- Kanayago Chamber (カナヤゴチャンバー, Kanayago Chanbā ): The expansion chamber. A portion of the silver flame that overflows when the alchemy is activated is sent back to the "Full Burst VK" to generate a chamber effect that strengthens the power of compression and explosion.
- Semi Altvoke (セミアルトヴォーク, Semi Arutovōku): The lever-type alchemy activation device. Multiple transmutation starts by opening and closing.
- Varadrange (ヴァラドレンジ, Varadorenji): Alchemical effect range band. The Valvaradriver Kurogane is fixed to the waist of the wearer to govern the area of effect of alchemy and preventing the spread of power.
Functionality[]
Transformation[]
Supana transforms by inserting a pair of Ride Chemy Cards into the Ride Chemy Card Slots before pulling the Semi Altvoke levers, thus transforming him into Kamen Rider Valvarad Kurogane.
Finisher[]
To initiate the finisher, Valvarad Kurogane presses the Semi Altvoke levers back in before pulling them once more. Additionally, to activate an even more powerful finisher, Valvarad Kurogane can slide the tab on the Full Burst VK after pushing the Semi Altvoke Levers, before pulling the Semi Altvoke Levers back once more.
