The Two-Hits Loading Twin Breaker (双撃装填 ツインブレイカー, Sōgeki Sōten Tsuin Bureikā) is a personal jackhammer-esque weapon of Kamen Rider Grease and Kamen Rider Cross-Z Charge.
Provided with the recreated Dragon Sclashjelly in addition to his own Robot Sclashjelly, Grease is now able to wield both Twin Breakers. [The Final Revolution]
Modes
This weapon has two modes: Beam Mode (ビームモード, Bīmu Mōdo) and Attack Mode (アタックモード, Attaku Mōdo).
Design
The Twin Breaker is composed of the following parts:
- Twin Break Charger (ツインブレイクチャージャー, Tsuin Bureiku Chājā): The energy generation unit of the Twin Breaker. In addition to generating energy necessary for normal attacks and techniques to be activated, a power motor that rotates the Raging Pile at high speed is also incorporated.
- Raging Pile (レイジングパイル, Reijingu Pairu): The Twin Breaker's striking device. It is possible to concentrate energy generated by the Twin Break Charger at the tip of the pile, and to knock inside the enemy with high speed rotation.
- Unbreakable Board (アンブレイカブルボード, Anbureikaburu Bōdo): The Twin breaker’s exterior parts. It is also possible to use it as a shield because of the robust structure emphasizing fighting. A transfer device is also built in, and when receiving a signal, it transfers the Twin Breaker to the specified coordinates.
- Bray Grip (ブレイグリップ, Burei Gurippu): The grip part of the Twin Breaker. The motion detection system is carried and optimizes the behavior at the time of attack by recording and analyzing the behavior of the enemy and the habit of the user.
- Twin Break Slot (ツインブレイクスロット, Tsuin Bureiku Surotto): Slot used when casting special moves. It takes the role of loading the components of the loaded Sclashjelly or Fullbottle inside the weapon and adding its characteristics to the deathblow.
- Raging Beamer (レイジングビーマー, Reijingu Bīmā): The Twin Breaker’s bombardment device. It has the function to converge and fire the energy generated by the Twin Break Charger. Beam irradiation as well as an energy shot-like shotgun can be launched. Also, by switching this barrel, switching between Attack Mode and Beam Mode is executed.
Finishers
Inserting a single Fullbottle or Sclashjelly into the Twin Breaker in Beam Mode results in a Single Finish (シングルフィニッシュ, Shinguru Finisshu) finisher:
Grease performs an attack channeling the power of a Fullbottle.
- Gatling Fullbottle : Grease rapidly fires multiple blasts of gold energy at close range.
- Lock Fullbottle: Grease fires two chains that bind the enemy.
Robot Sclashjelly: this finisher has two variations:
- Grease fires a beam of gold and red energy.
- Grease fires a beam of gold energy at close range.
Inserting two Fullbottles or a Sclashjelly and a Fullbottle into the Twin Breaker in Beam Mode results in a Twin Finish (ツインフィニッシュ, Tsuin Finisshu) finisher:
Smapho Fullbottle + TV Fullbottle: Grease creates a TV screen from Variable Jelly that defends him from the enemy's attacks before firing large energy smartphones at the enemy.
Helicopter Fullbottle + Robot Sclashjelly: Grease charges the Twin Breaker with gold energy and launches an energy construct of a helicopter rotor at the enemy.
Inserting a single Fullbottle or Sclashjelly into the Twin Breaker in Attack Mode results in a Single Break (シングルブレーク, Shinguru Burēku) finisher.
Inserting two Fullbottles or a Sclashjelly and a Fullbottle into the Twin Breaker in Attack Mode results in a Twin Break (ツインブレイク, Tsuin Burēku) finisher:

- Dragon Fullbottle: Cross-Z Charge stabs the enemy with Twin Breaker, creating a blue shockwave upon impact and launching the enemy backward.
Inserting two Fullbottles or a Sclashjelly and a Fullbottle into the Twin Breaker in Attack Mode results in a Twin Break (ツインブレイク, Tsuin Burēku) finisher:
- Dragon Sclashjelly + Dragon Fullbottle: Cross-Z Charge charges the Twin Breaker with cyan and dark blue energy and stabs the enemy, launching them away with a blast of energy.
Inserting the Cross-Z Dragon into the Twin Breaker in Attack Mode results in the Let's Break (レッツブレイク, Rettsu Burēku): Cross-Z Charge summons a blue and orange energy Chinese dragon and charges the Twin Breaker with spiral of cyan and orange energy. He then launches the energy, which combines with the dragon and strikes the enemy.
Twin Finish (Gatling Fullbottle & Syoubousya Fullbottle) + Twin Break (Lock Fullbottle & Rose Fullbottle): Grease uses the Twin Breaker in Beam Mode to spray the target with water to disorient them, then uses the Twin Breaker in Attack Mode to shoot chains and vines that restrain the enemy. Finally, he shoots the enemy with a barrage of golden bullets from the Twin Breaker in Beam Mode.
Scrap Break/Let's Break (スクラップブレイク/レッツレイク, Sukurappu Burēku/Rettsu Burēku):
- Cross-Z Dragon: Cross-Z Charge is surrounded by blue and orange energy while the same energy spirals around the end of the Twin Breaker before he fires a blue energy dragon into the enemy. Cross-Z then delivers a punch surrounded by red and blue energy.
Scrap Finish/Twin Break (スクラップフィニッシュ/ツインブレイク, Sukurappu Finisshu/Tsuin Burēku):
- Robot Sclashjelly + Robot Fullbottle: Grease covers himself in golden energy and performs a punch that projects a light gold energy drill to a wall, breaking through it.
Scrap Finish/Twin Finish (スクラップフィニッシュ/ツインフィニッシュ, Sukurappu Finisshu/Tsuin Finisshu):
- Robot Sclashjelly + Robot Fullbottle: Grease's body is surrounded by gold energy before rides toward the on a path of Variable Jelly, propelled by his Machine Pack Shoulder, and delivers a sliding punch to the target that creates a golden energy shockwave upon impact. He then uses the Variable Jelly path to move through the air, shooting the enemy with the Twin Breaker and before launching them into the air with an uppercut. Grease then leaps above the falling enemy and delivers a downward flying kick covered in Variable Jelly, crushing the enemy underneath him into the ground.
Discharge Crash/Twin Break (ディスチャージクラッシュ/ツインフィニッシュ/ツインブレイク, Disuchāji Kurasshu/Tsuin Burēku):
- Kuwagata Fullbottle + Fukurou Fullbottle (in Twin Breaker) + Castle Fullbottle (in Sclash Driver): This attack has two variations:
- Grease produces a red, blue, and yellow energy drill from the Twin Breaker and stabs the enemy.
- Grease covers the Twin Breaker in red, blue, and yellow energy and slashes the enemy twice, then propels himself into the air with Variable Jelly from the Machine Pack Shoulder and delivers a spinning heel kick covered in the same energy.
Mega Slash/Let's Break (メガスラッシュ/レッツレイク, Mega Surasshu/Rettsu Burēku):
- Lock Fullbottle + Cross-Z Dragon: Cross-Z Charge's body is surrounded by blue and orange energy while a gold energy construct of a key forms around the Beat Closer's blade. He then swings the Beat Closer, creating a flaming ball of gold energy, and summons a blue and orange energy Chinese dragon from the Twin Break that grabs the ball of energy in its mouth before flying into the enemy.
Single Finish (Dragon Sclashjelly) + Single Finish (Robot Sclashjelly): Cross-Z Charge fires a ball of cyan energy at the enemy while Grease fires a ball of gold energy. [A Man Called Rogue]
Behind the Scenes
Portrayal
The Twin Breaker is voiced by Norio Wakamoto (若本 規夫, Wakamoto Norio), who previously voiced Rey Kivat and Arc Kivat in Kamen Rider Kiva: King of the Castle in the Demon World.
Notes
- The Twin Breaker is similar to the Sunglasseslasher and Deep Slasher, as each allows two inserting two collectible devices to be inserted to perform a finisher.
- So far, Twin Breaker is the only weapon which has a Fullbottle twin slot akin to the Build Driver's.
- The ability to use adapters that use two slots or two separate trinkets for finishers is similar to how Mighty Brothers XX's Gashacon Key Slasher could use Gashats that took up one or two slots.
