Tower Emblem (タワーエンブレム, Tawā Enburemu) is a two-person team in Ride Kamens. The class was contracted by the Agent under Contract of Domination (支配の契約, Shihai no Keiyaku).
Both members are CEO and secretary of Takato Enterprises located in the Business Area of Nijigao City, where the Takato family has ran for generations.
Overview[]
Tower Emblem is a class composed solely of members of the prestigious Takato family, bound by the Contract of Domination. Their mission is to exert control over Nijigao City and maintain the family's legacy of power, but also protect Nijigao City from Chaosism in order preventing them rulling Nijigao City. Led by Takato Taiten, the president of Taiten Enterprise.
Despite being family, Taiten wants to make Uryu his family in a different way, and Uryu shares the same desire in return. This creates a deeper, more intricate bond between them. But this also serves concern toward Current Kamen Rider Agent and Leon Aijo from Cosmo Conglomerate.[1]

Etymology[]
The first part of Tower Emblem name could be a direct reference to the Takato family: the second kanji in their name, 塔 (tō), means "tower". It could also represent the Takato family's aim to have control over Nijigao City, as a tower is an imposing building. While the second part of Tower Emblem name could be a reference to how the Tower Emblem class and its members are a living symbol of the Takato family's power within the Kamen Rider hierarchy.
Thus, Tower Emblem's name could be interpreted as "the emblem of the Takato family".
Behind the Scene[]
To feel differenate between both Wisdom Thinks's and Tower Emblem's Luxurious and sophisticated feeling, Liber Entertainment focused on incorporating large, flowing elements like capes and more decorative details. While Wisdom Thinks embraced asymmetry, they chose symmetry for Tower Emblem to create a strong contrast between them. So when these characters face off against one another, they want people to feel like there's no way they can win against them.[2]
