Kamen Rider Toki (仮面ライダー闘鬼, Kamen Raidā Tōki, lit. "Masked Rider War Demon") is the character in Kamen Rider Hibiki. He was among the Oni who appeared only in the second opening song.
He gave up his real name and became Oni with the name Toki, and one of 11 active Oni in Kanto area.
Story
He is a 33 year old Oni who has been a Oni since he was 18. He is married and has one son. Toki is known as a person who does not care about small things. Toki has a supporter who is his wife and son, the same person he is training to become Oni. His family is working for Takeshi.

Rider Statistics
- Rider Height: 6 shaku 9 sun[1] (approx. 209.1 cm., one say 210 cm.[1])
- Rider Weight: 44 kan[1] (165 kg.)
Kamen Rider Toki is the transformed Oni. In this form, Toki is a black demon with hands and facelines is dark orange. Toki uses his Henshin Onibue to transform into this form. Toki also gains a second "oni face" which is a crest that forms on his forehead. Among the other wind-type Oni, Toki has a minor change on his body armor. His mask has a sharp base, make him a quite different type from the others. Unlike most Kamen Riders, Toki does not wear a suit; rather his demon form is his true form.

Even Kamen Rider Toki did not appear in the tv series, it revealed that he is a wind-based Oni.

- Ongekisha - Fūjin Dohatsu (音撃射・風神怒髪, lit. "Sound Attack Shoot: Wind God's Angry Hair"): Toki's Ongeki Finisher. Never shown in the series.
