Kamen Rider Touki (仮面ライダー闘鬼, Kamen Raidā Tōki, lit. "Masked Rider War Demon") is the character in Kamen Rider Hibiki. He was among the Oni who appeared only in the second opening song.
He gave up his real name and became Oni with the name Touki (トウキ), and one of 11 active Oni in Kanto area.
Story[]
He is a 33 year old Oni who has been a Oni since he was 18. He is married and has one son. Touki is known as a person who does not care about small things. Touki has a supporter who is his wife and son, the same person he is training to become Oni. His family is working for Takeshi.

Oni Form[]

Kamen Rider Touki is the transformed Oni. In this form, Touki is a black demon with hands and facelines is dark orange. Touki uses his Henshin Onibue to transform into this form. Touki also gains a second "oni face" which is a crest that forms on his forehead. Among the other wind-type Oni, Touki has a minor change on his body armor. His mask has a sharp base, make him a quite different type from the others. Unlike most Kamen Riders, Touki does not wear a suit; rather his demon form is his true form.
In his S.I.C. figure, Touki's hatchet or his sake holder is placed on the back of the equipment belt, between the Henshin Onibue and his Disk Animals.

- In some magazine scans, showing the moment when the 'Orochi's sealing' event was in progress, Kamen Rider Touki (along with other 10 active Oni in Kanto) was seen appearing to help Hibiki against giant Makamous. However, in the TV series, this scene is missing, it may not exist either.
