Toshihiko Seki (関 俊彦, Seki Toshihiko, born June 11, 1962 in Tochigi) is one of the popular veteran Japanese voice actors. He has had many major roles in his career.
He is sometimes mistaken for another voice actor, Tomokazu Seki, sharing the same last name but are unrelated.
He well known for voicing Rau Le Creuset in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, Duo Maxwell in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Iruka Umino in Naruto, and Goh Hinogami in the Virtua Fighter series.
In the Kamen Rider Series, he is best known for voicing one of the protagonist Imagin of Kamen Rider Den-O, Momotaros and Kamen Rider Den-O Sword Form.
He also voiced the Tenth Doctor in the Japanese dub for the British sci-fi TV show, Doctor Who.
