Toshihiko Seki (関 俊彦 Seki Toshihiko) is one of the popular veteran Japanese voice actors. He has had many major roles in his career.

He is sometimes mistaken for another voice actor, Tomokazu Seki, sharing the same last name but are unrelated.

He well known for voicing Rau Le Creuset in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, Rey Za Burrel in the sequel Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DestinyDuo Maxwell in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Iruka Umino in Naruto, Goh Hinogami in the Virtua Fighter series, Senketsu in Kill la Kill, and Embryo in CROSS ANGE: Rondo of Angel and Dragon.

In the Kamen Rider Series, he is best known for voicing one of the protagonist Imagin of Kamen Rider Den-O, Momotaros and Kamen Rider Den-O Sword Form.

He also voiced the Tenth Doctor in the Japanese dub for the British sci-fi TV show, Doctor Who.

Health Issues

  • On August 4, 2020, it was reported by livedoor NEWS that Toshihiko had tested positive for COVID-19 and will be hospitalized from August 4.[1] On August 14, 2020, it was reported by livedoor NEWS that Toshihiko was officially discharged from the hospital, however, he would still remain home for at least two weeks.[2]
    • This makes Toshihiko the second Kamen Rider Actor who had tested positive for COVID-19 after Yusuke Yamamoto.
    • Toshihiko is also the second Kamen Rider Actor after Hiroki Iijima who was officially discharged from the hospital.
