Tornado Roidmude (トルネードロイミュード, Torunēdo Roimyūdo), also known simply as Tornado (トルネード, Torunēdo) or Roidmude 008 (ロイミュード００８, Roimyūdo Zero Zero Hachi), was one of the first Roidmudes to attack during the Global Freeze. He later returns to combat the current Drive after his evolution to the Tornado Roidmude has been completed.

Background[]
Tornado, originally designated as Roidmude 008, was among the first nine Roidmudes that gather in Heart's hideout. After the Global Freeze is initiated, he was among the armada to march into the inner Tokyo during their rampage.
For the next several months following the Global Freeze, Roidmude 008 evolved into the Tornado Roidmude and killed the fashion designer George Shirogane, after stealing a necklace from him. After taking on a human guise, he intended to fulfill George Shirogane's desire to grant the necklace to his dream woman, as Tornado was certain doing so would bring him to achieve the Over Evolved state.
Tornado Roidmude[]
Roidmude 008 returned to Japan after over a year and reunites with Roidmude 006, who had also returned overseas with his bodyguards, 062 and 036. After being welcomed back by Heart, he noted that they had not revealed their Evolved States yet, but brief them on the Roidmudes' current priorities to defeat the Kamen Riders, retrieving the tablet containing Tenjuro Banno's consiousness, and gather enough Roidmudes to achieve the Over Evolved state as a means to reach the Promised Number.
To achieve his own Super Evolution, Tornado embarked on series of kidnappings by abducting women from couples. With the Special Investigation Unit taking the case, both Shinnosuke Tomari and Kiriko Shijima as well as Genpachiro Otta and Rinna Sawagami posed as couples to lure out Tornado. When he first chased Rinna, he amptly left insisting that she was a mistake to add to his collection, infuriating her. Tornado eventually faced Kamen Rider Drive, but retreated in a stalemate. The Special Investigation Unit would later catch a wind in Tornado's plans and were given the location of his hideout from Tenjuro Banno. When Shinnosuke, Go, and Kiriko arrived at his hideout and found his captives, Tornado told them it didn't matter as they couldn't trigger his ultimate evolution. However, Tornado realized that Kiriko is the perfect woman he desired and kidnapped her, while Banno suddenly attacks Drive and Mach after commandeering a Ride Booster.
The Special Investigation Team eventually tracked down Tornado at a nearby church where he taken Kiriko to. After arriving at the church, Mach and Chase rescued Kiriko, and Shinnosuke transformed into a Drive and take on Tornado, but was soon overwhelmed by Tornado's wind abilities. But with the help of Chase from Booster Tridoron. Drive and Mach were able to fight back after the Roidmude by create their own tornado to counter his before finishing him off with their Rider Kicks, vanquishing Tornado before he could achieve Over Evolved.
Post-mortem[]
Heart, who had witnessed Tornado's destruction at the hands of the Kamen Riders, lamented that he failed to protect him, noting that humans could be pretty strong. Medic, having held back on her obligation, relented and restored Brain's body, concluded by 006 to be in reaction to Tornado's elimination which had made gathering the Promised Number especially urgent. With 006 certain that he would succeed where Tornado failed by dealing with Banno, there seemed to be only one candidate left as he would be joining Heart and Brain, with Medic intent on becoming the last of the number.
The 108 Roidmudes' fragmented data would lead to the emergence of the amalgamation Roidmude 5886.
Personality[]
Like the Executives, 008/Tornado had a huge desire to become a member of the Promised Number. Having copied Shirogane, 008 is irked by the fact that he needed to fulfil his late human template's desire to gain said evolution, having seen his key emotion, "passion", a curse. He also disgusted whenever seeing any romantic couples, probably due to his hatred for George's key emotion.

The Core is the basic essence or 'soul' of the Roidmude. 008's Core was destroyed along with his Advanced body by Kamen Riders Drive and Mach's Speedrop and Kick Macher combination with the aid of Booster Tridoron, which was piloted by Kamen Rider Chaser. - Plain Roidmudes all have machine-gun-like fingers from which they can fire energy bullets. This feature is forsaken for greater power upon evolution into an Advanced Roidmude.
- Advanced Camouflage
- Roidmudes can generate disguises through film-layers around their body that function similar to the cerebral cortex.
- Data Mimicry
- Roidmudes can transform their bodies into data to travel within the electricity/cyberspace while in their Core modes. They can as well temporarily morph their bodies into data to easily phase through solid objects.
- Webbing
- Spider Type Roidmudes can generate spider webs from their mouth to their liking. They can even spit an energized version which as strong as their finger blasts. This feature is forsaken for greater power upon evolution into an Advanced Roidmude.

- Spider Type Roidmudes possess the ability to climb walls. This feature is forsaken for greater power upon evolution into an Advanced Roidmude.
- Aerokinesis
- Roidmude 008 can manipulate cyclones to his liking.

- As stated by Freeze, every Roidmude can empower their symbolic emotions to achieve evolution/Over Evolved and beyond. In Tornado's case, he can empower himself with passion emotions. While Tornado has already achieve to the State where he was one step near to become Over Evolved State, which makes him strong enough to suppress Drive Formula and even fight on par with Drive Tridoron on a certain degree.
