Plot[]
Following the aftermath of Glotta revealing Shoma’s identity as a member of the Stomach family, Hanto is furious with Shoma, who cannot explain himself in the sudden shock of the moment. Shoma then feels hurt emotionally after being punched in the face by Hanto, who is too angry to listen to him about his situation and why he teamed up with Kamen Rider Vram when he finally does try to explain and storms off. Rakia on the other hand is more mature about the situation and asks Shoma to explain himself.
After some time, hearing Shoma’s story in the parking deck, Rakia believes Shoma and is still willing to work alongside him, but openly states that he doesn’t particularly care about humans and just wants to destroy Stomach Inc. in revenge for the murder of his little brother Comel. He also doesn’t see himself getting along with Hanto and finds humans as weak creatures because they always need help and tries to convince Shoma to just ditch Hanto after what happened. Shoma tries to defend his partnership with Hanto by saying it is more than just using one another, implying that he thought Hanto was his friend.
Meanwhile, Hanto fumes at Kenzo Suga’s lab, who gaslights him by trying to convince Hanto that Shoma is actually evil explaining that the hero told him the cause of the mass disappearances was Vram and questioning why he would side with him, feigning ignorance about Vram despite being involved. Hanto is a bit suspicious, but the mad scientist eventually manages to convince him, all the while monitoring a growing cluster of cells on his desktop computer in an incubation chamber, made from the hair he swiped from Shoma.
Back at Stomach Inc., Glotta reports to Lango that “Lage Nine” was a traitor and their third “Granute Hunter”, They have lost a considerable number of Pressed Humans because of the raid by the two Riders. Nyelv confirms that they ordered Comel killed some time ago when checking the records while Glotta and Lango exchange barbs and blame for letting this happen. Nyelv tells the two to calm down after also getting some blame for modifying the infiltrator, saying that they should be more constructive and focused.
Lango agrees and orders the security systems to be altered with new codes for the doors and for Glotta to check the factory and inventory. Nyelv says that his eldest brother should also do better background checks on their part timers so this doesn’t happen again.
At Happipare, Sachika had been waiting for a while with an assortment of snacks for Shoma to return home. When he does, she says it is to celebrate Takeshi returning home safely and thanking Shoma for searching for him. While he tries to hide his feelings of depression from Sachika, his Gochizo notice that no new minions are being created by his gavv as he slowly eats a macaron and wonder what is wrong with him. He then tries to summon the courage to tell Sachika the truth, but Shoma gets scared after remembering how Hanto reacted. Sachika does notice Shoma being more gloomy than usual and tries to get him to talk about it so she can cheer him up, but this causes Shoma to feel uncomfortable and he volunteers to go out and get more snacks. Sachika thinks she overdid it and berates herself for being unable to cheer people up when they are down.
Shoma wanders around town to try and calm his nerves but suddenly starts forgetting what he was doing out there and passes out.
Hanto is sitting alone and trying to rationalize what happened earlier, finally having calmed down and reading a text from Sachika about Takeshi coming home. He does a quick search online and discovered that all the kidnapped people have returned safely. He puts together that Shoma was not a traitor and somehow convinced Vram to help, but still has doubts about him because of his identity. He then remembers what Shoma said about losing his mother and that the Stomachs have tried to kill him before, as well as the battle with the twins leading to Siita’s death. This convinces Hanto to stay calm and that he should hear Shoma out properly instead of letting his emotions get the better of him.
By coincidence, Hanto then sees Shoma wandering around in black clothing and tries to follow him, only to lose him. Shoma stumbles upon a oden cart and begins gorging on the food without paying, he shoves the owner of the cart when he tries to stop him, knocking him unconscious. Shoma then has a destructive tantrum and leaves to search for a food that will satisfy him when his stomach still growls and nothing comes out of his gavv upon finishing his ravenous binge.
The next morning, Hanto decides to go get breakfast at a cafe before looking for Shoma again, only to see the place has been ransacked upon entering and police have blocked off the dining room. Upon asking patrons and doing social media searches, he discovered that Shoma has gone on a rampage, attacking restaurants and people in fits of rage while gorging on food. Hanto races to Happipare to try and confront Shoma, but a startled Sachika says that she has not seen him since last night. Hanto warns her that Shoma is dangerous, a monster called a Granute and to not let him in for her own safety, showing the post of Shoma assaulting the cafe waiter and racing off to find him.
Rakia tries to use his company phone to search for Granute part timers to spy on, only to discover he has been fired by his phone being deactivated by the Stomachs. At first, he sulks knowing that the collection checkpoints he knew about will be cleared out and relocated and he will be locked out of the Granute world. But Rakia decides to try Shoma’s approach and find whatever leads he can stumble upon by searching around and getting used to the human world.
At a candy store, Shoma steals some hard candies and eats them, beating up the old lady running the store when she tries to stop him with a nearby bystander filming him. Shoma then finds a bag of Sparkin Gummy candies and eats them, which he finds delicious and this triggers his gavv, which is black with razor sharp teeth instead of red, to generate Gochizo. Hanto finds him and assumes that Shoma was a villain deceiving him the whole time as the new cola power gives Shoma a monstrous black and flame red Rider form he transforms into.
He then attacks Hanto, breaking his own arm in the process but snaps it back together seconds later and softly cackling like a lunatic as he assaults him. Hanto tries to fight back as Valen, but the black Gavv is too strong for him and things get worse when Shoma summons a dark version of his sword, though he seems oddly weak and unable to properly lift it as he swings it wildly. Just as it seems Hanto is about to be killed, Lakia stumbles upon the fight while walking around and intervenes as Vram by blasting the wicked Gavv with his arrows. The episode ends on a cliffhanger as Shoma wildly rushes towards Lakia, attempting to cleave his head from his neck with a sword swing as the pudding Rider fearlessly marches towards his opponent.
