Tomokazu Sugita (杉田 智和, Sugita Tomokazu) is a Japanese voice actor who is well known for his roles in Japanese anime and video games such as Gintoki Sakata in Gintama, Kyon in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Ragna the Bloodedge in Blazblue, Chrom in Fire Emblem, Joseph Joestar in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and Yusuke Kitagawa in Persona 5.
In Kamen Rider Series, he voiced all three of the known male Kivat-Bat family members: Kivat-Bat the 3rd, the 2nd, and the 4th in Kamen Rider Kiva, the Shadow Imagin in Saraba Kamen Rider Den-O: Final Countdown, James Trademore in Japanese dub of Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight, Demushu in Kamen Rider Gaim, Kamen Rider Ginga in Kamen Rider Zi-O, X Fortress in Kamen Rider Gotchard, and Ouroboros in Kamen Rider Gotchard: Graduations.
In other Tokusatsu, he voiced Ultraman Ginga in Ultraman Ginga and both the Kiramagers' Equipment and King Oradin in Mashin Sentai Kiramager.

- Sugita's first voice acting "role" was the announcement narration of Kamen Rider in its 1997 rerun.[1]
- Sugita shares a rivalry with fellow voice actor Tomokazu Seki as they both share the same given name.
- Sugita is also friends with Yuichi Nakamura they even host a talk show called Tokyo Encounter where they interview various voice actors such as Aoi Yuki, Yoshimasa Hosoya, Mikako Komatsu and Daisuke Ono
- Sugita had introduced writer Gen Urobuchi to Naomi Takebe, which led into Urobuchi becoming the head writer for Kamen Rider Gaim. [2]
