Synopsis[]
Resurrected Shocker monsters fail to break into a research lab because of its protective barrier. They create a new monster, Tokageron, to have one powerful enough to use a new weapon to destroy the barrier.
Plot[]
Late at night, two security guards who were patrolling the Toyo Atomic Energy Research Laboratory were attacked by the Shock Kaijin Bat Man and Scorpion Man.
When the Shocker Kaijin attempted to infiltrate the Toyo Atomic Energy Research Laboratory, they were repelled by an electromagnetic force field.
The Great Leader was enraged over the superiority of the barrier that protects the Laboratory to the revived Kaijin, which further delayed their plan.
Since Japan's Shocker branch lagged behind its other branches, that attack on the laboratory was an absolute necessity, the great leader ordered the deployment of the Barrer Destruction Ball.
When the Shocker Scientists stated that they currently don’t have a Kaijin capable of using the Barrer Destruction Ball, the Great Leader ordered one's creation.
They chose the professional Soccer player Nomoto Ken, who was renowned for his lethal shot. Nomoto was abducted after the game by Shinigami Chameleon and Man Spider.
When Kazuya visits Snack Amigo he asks about Takeshi Hongo, he learned that Takeshi went to investigate the murder of the two security guards at the Toyo Atomic Energy Research Laboratory.
Ken Nomoto was remodeled at a Shocker base into the Shocker Kaijin Tokageron. Shocker sents out a team to examine the forcefield and find its weak point.
Kazuya kept a very close watch over the Toyo Atomic Energy Research Laboratory. While on watch Kazuya noticed a suspicious-looking car circling the laboratory.
The suspicious car is also spotted by Ruriko, she recognizes that it's Shocker and starts to pursue the car. Kazuya was shocked to discover that Ruriko had disappeared.
Following the car to a house, where she encounters Kazuya, he then goes in to investigate the residence. He discovered a room filled with statues of defeated Kaijin.
After Kazuya left, it was revealed that the statues were actually the Revived Monster Corps. When some members of offered to pursue Kazuta they were reprimanded by Tokageron.
As Ruriko and Kazuya were on their way back Kazuya was injured by a falling rock. Ruriko was saved just as she was about to be struck by a rock by Kamen Rider.
After Rider drove up the hillside, he faced Tokageron. Tokageron fought Rider by kicking boulders at him. Tokageron used his Killer Shot to defeat Rider and send him flying off the hill.
At the hospital Kazuya was receiving treatment while still in shock over Rider's defeat. Kazuya was visited by Ruriko and Hiromi, as Takeshi was out training on a new move to counter Tikageron's Killer Shot.
Takeshi, with Tobee’s help develops the Lightning Rider Kick. Afterward Tobee goes to the hospital to visit Takeshi, but only to find Takeshi’s ID and learned that he’s an FBI Agent.
Takeshi covertly enters the house and discovers an underground Shocker Base, Takeshi is informed by the Great Leader that the Revived Monster Corps is already en route to the lab.
Takeshi would continue to fight off the Shocker Combatmen until Rider arrives. Takeshi tells Rider that he should go to the Laboratory, as he would stay behind to fight the Combatmen.
Tokageron shoots the Barrer Destruction Ball at the barrier surrounding the Laboratory, but Rider catches it and throws it back to him. Afterwards Rider is confronted by the Revived Monster Corps.
Rider battles Tokageron’s Revived Monster Corps and defeats them one after the other. When Tokageron finally appeared, Rider fought against him using his Rider Kick.
Tokageron shoots his killer shot with the Barrer Destruction Ball to finish off Rider, but he uses his Lightning Rider Kick to knock the Barrer Destruction Ball back to Tokageron.
The explosion from the Barrer Destruction Ball destroys both Tokageron and the Revived Monster Corps. Afterwards Tobee, Kazuya, and Ruriko would congratulate Rider on his victory, they talked about how remarkable and selfless he is.
