Todoguiler (トドギラー, Todogirā, 47) - A walrus monster of Shocker. Todoguiler was personally created by Dr. Shinigami, his mission was to use his freezing mist to abduct people to be turned into Shocker Cyborgs. Todogiuler would them start attacking ship, freezing their crews and taking them away. He was destroyed by Kamen Rider 2's Rider Kick.
