Timelord (タイムロード, Taimurōdo) is an Artifact Chemy based on a clock.
History[]
Timelord was one of 101 Chemies that were sealed into Ride Chemy Cards.
Kamen Rider Gotchard[]
Timelord's card was left in the Ouroboros Realm while Hopper1 and Steamliner were sent by Fuga to find the person chosen by fate. Timelord was eventually unsealed from it's Ride Chemy Card and was now on the loose. [Gotcha! Hopper1!]
Timelord would later be found by Houtaro in a farmer's market and was quickly sealed in a Ride Chemy Card, Houtaro said "It's been a while" to Timelord, but since Houtaro had only met the Daybreak Timelord, the Timelord responded with a questioning tone. Not long after, Gigist appeared and used his alchemy to teleport Houtaro in front of him in order to attack Houtaro. Timelord tried to rewind the time but still unable to against opponent's powerful alchemy. Afterwards, Timelord warped to Kitchen ICHINOSE to inform the members of the Kitchen ICHINOSE Union, who were guarding the store, about the crisis that had happened to Houtaro. Timelord and Warptera's respective powers of time and space were used to re-transmute Steamliner into Gigantliner along with Ninetail's ability to traverse dimensions.

- Time Manipulation: Timelord is capable of time reversal. Timelord temporarily used this ability to against Gigist's power, as seen it briefly rewind time to few seconds ago to prevent Houtaro from being caught by Gigist.

Portrayal[]
Timelord is voiced by Toru Okawa (大川 透, Ōkawa Tōru), who last voiced Zein in Kamen Rider Outsiders, and previously voiced Snowman Imagin in Kamen Rider Den-O and Mummy Legendorga in Kamen Rider Kiva: King of the Castle in the Demon World.

- The name comes from the words Time and Lord.

Timelord (Early Design)
- During the scene in episode one when all of the Cards were displayed, Timelord had a different design than its official version but this design might’ve been used for the Chemies of Kamen Rider Zi-O and Kamen Rider Geiz.
- The name “Timelord” used in this series is not to be confused with “Time Lord”, a humanoid species from the British Sci-Fi series, Doctor Who.
