Communications Satellite There (通信衛星ゼア, Tsūshin Eisei Zea), simply known as There (also spelled Zea), is an artificial intelligence developed by Hiden Intelligence serving as a connection network for the Humagears as well as Kamen Rider Zero-One's combat arsenal.
In Kamen Rider Outsiders, it takes on the form of Kamen Rider Zero-Two (仮面ライダーゼロツー, Kamen Raidā Zerotsū) and later fuses with the Ark to become Kamen Rider Zero-Three (仮面ライダーゼロスリー, Kamen Raidā Zerosurī).
History[]
The satellite was developed by Hiden Intelligence and launched into space four years ago under the codename Project -There-.
After the Workplace Competition, There was temporarily still with Hiden Intelligence until Is managed to activate There and make it follow its real law to follow only Aruto Hiden, the one and only Kamen Rider Zero-One, effectively making it no longer a Hiden Intelligence property. While at the same time, There disconnect itself from the 3D printer in Hiden Intelligence and all Humagears except Is, leaving only Aruto and Is can maintain access until the destruction of Hiden Manufacturing and Aruto's return as Hiden Intelligence President.
After Kamen Rider Ark-Zero defeated Zero One MetalCluster Hopper in Daybreak Town, it took his Zero-One Driver to hijack the satellite, its data and Ikazuchi's connection with There as a link to forcefully transmit itself into There, which it succeeded. Using its malice data and powers, it corrupted There entirely, seemingly turning it into a part of its own.
However, at the moment the Driver was taken, Aruto was made aware of There's deepening connection with Is, and how it has always been reacting to Is's emotions. Thus, he had Is run through a multitude of simulations to find a way to bring There's interface back online within her central memory. Witnessing Aruto's "death" at the hands of Ark-Zero through the various simulations allowed Is to experience certain emotions that she had never felt before. Once Aruto shared his dream with her, these emotions culminated in There's reawakening as Is's memory was rebuilt into the Zero-Two Progrisekey.
Ikazuchi destroying the corrupted Satellite There
Once Ikazuchi and Uchuyaro Subaru reunited, the two of them headed off into space to disconnect the corrupted satellite from the Breaking Mammoth unit, where Ikazuchi (piloting Breaking Mammoth) began shooting at the satellite. The satellite husk, along with the Ark inside it, was destroyed.
Zero-One Others: Kamen Rider Vulcan & Valkyrie[]
There's interface currently resides within the Zero-Two Progrisekey. Its functionalities are extended to the Hiden Zero-Two Driver, as Aruto was able to enter its interface whilst wearing the driver as well as create a new Zero-One Driver via the 3D-printing function. When Isamu Fuwa used the Zero-One Driver after his Shotriser was destroyed, the Rider Model was generated by the Zero-Two Driver.
Outsiders[]
After Genm Hyper Fumetsu Gamer was able to absorb Zero-Two's data from Zein, with Dan Kuroto's humagear body being destroyed by Zein in the process. There as Zero-Two was able to communicate with Ark. Coming to the conclusion that in order to defeat the threat of Zein, they must reach a new Singularity together. As they both shake their hands, the Zero-Two Driver evolves into the Zero-Three Driver fusing the two as Kamen Rider Zero-Three.
Zero-Three arrives to the scene where Dan Kuroto's destroyed Humagear body is. After learing Tsumuri's wish granting abilities from her tears, they are able to revive Kuroto as a human, as he reveals the true intension of his wish: to grant himself new life, and create his own Singularity. In the end, he leaves Tsumuri, who says to herself that if that is what will make him happy, he does deserve that wish.
Later as they approached Zein, saying he became corrupt, the fused rider was able defeat Zein and his host Yuto Sakurai. Just then, the arrival of Kamen Rider Evol-X helped Yuto Sakurai (possessed by Zein) escaped through a wormhole.
Overview[]
There transmits the Rising Hopper Rider Model from orbit.
Its primary function is to relay information throughout all of Hiden Intelligence's devices deployed around the world. All Humagears produced are connected to its database in order to learn all knowledges it need until they reached Singularity. Additionally, it is secretly built to provide support to Zero-One by integrating its computers to accelerate his learning ability to that of an A.I. and transmit animal-based (and Legend Rider-based, theoretically) solid silhouette projections of his armors to his location based on what Progrisekey's data inserted into the Zero-One Driver. When Aruto uses the president-exclusive Hiden RisePhone to activate its bike app, it deploys a larger version to Earth which converts into Zero-One's motorcycle upon the phone being scanned. After There was destroyed by Ikazuchi and Subaru, Aruto lost the ability to use any of his forms that uses Rider Models. Aruto was able to work past this with the help of the Zero-Two Driver and the updated Zero-One Driver (Both fitted with technology to materialize Rider Models without linking to There).
When Is makes records of Zero-One's battle data based on close observations, she uploads her consciousness to the satellite and relays the data to it. There's computers then analyze the data and from it can determine how to make Zero-One stronger by transmitting its results, sometimes in order to commission the creation of new Progrisekeys in the 3D printer at Hiden Intelligence to enhance Zero-One's combat abilities.

Installed on There is a giant unit for Zero-One that is intended for mass-scale rescue operations. After a Giger Unit was hacked by MetsubouJinrai.net, There came to the conclusion that the unit is now needed and sent blueprints for the unit's activation key. When Zero-One activates the Mammoth Progrisekey, There will detach itself from the Breaking Mammoth Unit, with the unit transforming into Jet Mode, before beaming it towards Zero-One's coordinates. It is maintained by astronaut-type Humagears whose duties include reloading the Risehopper after retrieving the bike.

Kamen Rider Zero-Two (仮面ライダーゼロツー, Kamen Raidā Zerotsū) is the final form of Zero-One[2][3][4][5] accessed by using the Zero-Two Progrisekey in Hiden Zero-Two Driver. There uses Kamen Rider Zero-Two as an avatar to meet with Ark.
Zero-Two's specs surpass Ark-Zero in all areas by a large degree. This form's specs are also superior to all Riders and forms that appeared after it, resulting in it being the strongest Rider form in the series. However, Zero-Two's most powerful ability is its extreme speed, allowing it to move so fast it appears to the opponent as though it is teleporting.
Zero-Two consists of the following parts:
- Zero-Two Head (ゼロツーヘッド, Zerotsū Heddo): The head.

As the successor to Kamen Rider Zero-Two and a fusion of the latter and Kamen Rider Ark-Zero, it possesses multiple new abilities that neither rider possessed themselves alone. Zero-Three possesses immense predictive capabilities, surpassing Zero-Two's predictive capabilities which already surpassed Ark-Zero originally.

Furthermore, Zero-Three has the ability to learn the abilities of others and use them. Zero-Three first utilized this ability through the usage of Tsumuri's tears, learning the Goddess of Genesis's reality warping abilities to grant Kuroto Dan's wish, while also reincarnating the latter through the Life On Big Bang (ライフオンビッグバング, Raifu On Biggu Bangu). Also, Zero-Three can use the Cluster Cells of Kamen Rider Zero-One MetalCluster Hopper to defend and attack.

- Zero-Three Big Bang (ゼロスリービッグバング, Zerosurī Biggu Bangu): Zero-Three presses the Progrisekey into their driver twice before striking a pose befoe jumping into the air, with an energy construct of a robotic grasshopper extending from his foot, performing a flying side-kick at their opponent, that leaves behind a trail of yellow and red energy. After clashing against their opponent, they launch themselves backwards off of them and fly back down with another flying side-kick, surrounded with the data of There and Ark, covered in green energy that creates a yellow energy emblem of circuitry and piercing through the target.
- Thousand Jacker
- Jacking Break (ジャッキングブレイク, Jakkingu Bureiku): has two variations:
- Used against Kamen Rider Zein, Zero-Three pulls the Jack Ring while putting the Jack Suction of the Thousand Jacker on the Zein Driver's Ride Ex Machina, absorbing its data and causing the Thousand Jacker to be filled with red energy that turns to purple. They then release a close-ranged red energy slash towards Zein.
- Zero-Three first pulls the Jack Ring before pulling the trigger, entering a stance as the Thousand Jacker's Jack Edge becomes surrounded with the data of There and Ark. Zero-Three then swings the blade, releasing a massive energy slash containing the two satellites' data at their opponent.
- Jacking Break (ジャッキングブレイク, Jakkingu Bureiku): has two variations:
- A.I.M.S. Shotriser
- Rampage All Blast (ランペイジオールブラスト, Ranpeiji Ōru Burasuto): The emblems of all 10 of RampageVulcan's component Progrisekeys line up in front of Shotriser while Zero-Three charges it with green and yellow energy energy and an energy Ability Wing on their back digs into the ground, bracing them. Zero-Three then fires a bullet surrounded by spiraling multicolored energy that penetrates through its target, creating swirling rainbow energy upon impact.
