Plot[]

Rider 1 had fallen into a Rider killer trap made by Shinigami Chameleon. The meter thick wall was so thick that rider couldn't break it, and with the lack of wind for rider's pinwheel dynamo Rider's powers were finite.

Rider was forced to turn back into Takeshi, but at the last moment he bargained for his live. Takeshi said that the iron Nazi box Shocker had was a fake, Professor Heinrich checked the box and it was a fake.

Shinigami demanded to know where the iron Nazi box was, Takeshi condition was to be let out. The box was with Assistant Professor Abe Naoki of Johnan University, he is taking it to Professor Ooyama at Osaka-Kobe Institute of Technology.

The Great Leader orders the Shocker Combatmen to kill Takeshi, Takeshi escaped and reunites with Sunada Tatsuo. The pair escapes and Takeshi asked Sunada what is in the iron Nazi Box.

Hitler had planned to take refuge in Japan, and to use a treasure worth in the billions to revive the Third Reich. The map to the hidden Nazi treasure is in the iron box, Shocker plans to use the treasure to fund their plans.

Takeshi and Sunada meet up with Ruriko, Ruriko gives Sunada the present Yumi was making for him in the Hospital. At the Institute Tobee is in disguise as Professor Ooyama along with Hiromi.

Shinigami breaks into the Institute and steals the box, taking both Tobee and Hiromi captive. When Professor Heinrich opened the box, it was empty. The real Professor Ooyama had already opened the box, Shocker planned to exchange Tobee and Hiromi for the map that was inside the box.

Takeshi get a call from Shocker, giving him the time and place for the exchange. Takeshi ambushed the Combatmen only to find it was a trike, he is also ambushed by Shinigami. Shinigami takes the map from and Takeshi races off to save his Tobee and Hiromi.

Takeshi failed to rescue Tobee and Hiromi that are still being held hostage by Shinigami, Shocker fallows the map to the barred Nazi treasure. The map led them to a grave, they dug to find a coffin with the Nazi swastika on it.

Kamen Rider emerged from the coffin, he frees the hostages and battles Shocker. Before defeating Shinigami Kamen Rider tells him he took the buried treasure and throw it into the ocean, defeating him with his Rider Kick and Rider Chop.
