The Phoenix's Rampage (不死鳥の暴走, Fushichō no Bōsō) is the twenty-second episode of Kamen Rider Wizard.
Plot[]
When Rinko disappears and all that's found is her bloodied ID, Haruto seeks out her attacker, unaware that Yugo has disobeyed Wiseman and acted on his own volition, with Rinko in the way of his goals.
Synopsis[]
Upon revealing himself after Rinko advised him to do what he wants to rather than follow orders, Phoenix incinerates the area to release his rage. But Rinko is saved from the flames by the mysterious youth who gives him the idea to use the woman as bait so he can settle things with Kamen Rider Wizard. After hinting Medusa on Phoenix's actions, the youth finds Shunpei as he was picking up replacement groceries and gives him a parcel holding Rinko's bloodied badge to deliver to Haruto at Hungry.
Arriving to an abandoned factory, admitting he does not like Wiseman's methods, the youth assures Phoenix that to wait a bit longer for Haruto. Some time after, Phoenix is confronted by Medusa as she demands what he thinks he doing. But with Medusa seeing that Phoenix is no longer following their mission, the two Phantoms battle. Though Medusa attempts to petrify him, her ability is negated as Phoenix lets her go to Wiseman that he acting on his own now.
After getting about Rinko's last known objective from Kizaki, Haruto encounters the youth as he introduced himself as Sora and tells him where Rinko is being held. Arriving as Rinko's captor thanks her again for inspiring him to act on his own whim, Haruto and Phoenix assume their fighting forms, Wizard and Phoenix do battle, with the latter having the advantage due to his immortality and increased regeneration as he uses the ultimate attack on the Kamen Rider.
