The Five Commandants' All-Out Attack!! (五大幹部の総攻撃!, Go Daikanbu no Sōkōgeki!) is the twenty-eighth episode of Kamen Rider V3. It is the concluding part of a two-part arc featuring the return of the four Shocker/Gel Shocker Commandants (Colonel Zol, Dr. Shinigami, Jigoku Taishi, and General Black) as well as four Revived Cyborg Troops.
Synopsis[]
Trapped by the five commandants Kazami Shiro falls into an unbreakable cell. Tachibana Tobee, in a bid to rescue Shiro, poses as a scientist who has developed an antidote to the nerve gas, and is abducted. Meanwhile, Shiro turns the table on Jigoku Taishi and takes him hostage in order to escape. But, he must infiltrate the outpost once more in to rescue Tachibana and Junko. Can V3 save Japan, as well as his friends, from certain death?

- This episode aired on NET alongside episode 16 of Kikaider 01, Terror! Mummy Man's Nitro Bomb.
- This is the last appearance of Jirō Miyaguchi, Hideyo Amamoto, Kenji Ushio, and Matasaburō Niwa as Colonel Zol, Dr. Shinigami, Jigoku Taishi, and General Black respectively. The four Shocker commanders would later appear played by new actors in several Heisei era crossovers.
- Colonel Zol would appear as a form assumed by Narutaki (Tatsuhito Okuda) as commander of Super Shocker in Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider W & Decade: Movie War 2010 (2009).
- Dr. Shinigami would appear as an alternate personality of Eijiro Hikari (Renji Ishibashi) in Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker (2009) and Movie War 2010.
- A version of Jigoku Taishi, played by Ren Osugi, would appear as a Dai-Shocker commander in All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker.
- Kenji Ushio portrayed a villain related to Jigoku Taishi, Kurayami Taishi of the Badan Empire, in the TV special Birth of the 10th! Kamen Riders All Together!! (1984).
- General Black would appear, played by Seizo Fukumoto, in a version of Shocker which ruled the world in an alternate timeline in OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders (2011).
- In 1000, the Movie, and the Combatmen, commemorating Kamen Rider 999th episode, this episode was marked red instead of black, in In Sendo's room. This is because it is recognized a great day for Shocker.
