Thanatos Vessel (タナトスの器, Tanatosu no Utsuwa) was a gigantic Mana-storing tank which was located underneath the Emerald Castle.
Overview[]
The tank was made from human sacrifices that Kamen Rider Sorcerer kidnapped via Common Wizard Ring. The corpses would rot, with their bones becoming a part of the construct. Following its creation, Magic Distribution Systems were placed in every part of the city, with Mana being paid by citizens, and sent to the machine. It was believed once enough Mana had been collected, the machine would release a wave that would eliminate Mages in Magic Land while those without magic are unaffected. This was commissioned by Maya, due to his jealousy for being the only resident without magic ability. However, it wasn't until Ogma revealed that the true purpose of this machine is to drive all citizens into despair and give birth to Phantoms, that the emperor realized his condition was used as a cover for Orma's plans.
