|This article is about a/an rider in Kamen Rider Ex-Aid.|
Joining the Game
A player of Kamen Rider Chronicle, he was forced to hide in a construction site after being chased by Bugsters, where his Game Illness symptoms caused Emu to be called in, diagnosing him with Salty's infection. Refusing help, he transformed to Emu's surprise into a Ride-Player to attack Salty's Viruses, but upon Poppy Pipopapo's identification of Kamen Riders as rare game characters, attacked Ex-Aid with the other nearby Players. Ex-Aid took Level 99 to scare the others off, but he took Tenma back to CR.
Leaving the Game
Tenma overheard Ministry of Health Director Hinata tell the doctors to stay out of the field, so he went off and gathered a team of other Ride-Players so they could cure their own infections by defeating the Bugsters, convinced that CR won't help them. He gathered a group of five other Players and they attacked Salty and Aranbura, but they were easily beaten down and almost defeated. The Riders arrived, however, against the Ministry's orders, and defeated the Bugsters, curing Tenma and the others. Now trusting CR, Tenma handed over his Kamen Rider Chronicle Gashat.

Behind the scenes
- His name "Tenma" is Japanese for Pegasus. Unlike some other telling-when-translated character names, however, this seems to have no correlation to his personality or role.
