Tanzaburo Tojima (東島丹三郎, Toujima Tanzaburo) is a 40 year old man who has been a fan of the Kamen Rider series since he was born. His love of the franchise and a turn of fate result in him becoming a "Kamen Rider".
History[]
He is 40 years old and longs to be a Kamen Rider. He earned money from his part-time job and continued to train his body in the mountains, so he can fight on equal terms with a bear. He dreams of one day being remodeled by Shocker, but when he faced reality, he sold off all of his precious Kamen Rider goods so that they wouldn't end up as trash if he died alone. In the midst of such disappointment, he encounters a robber who imitates Shocker at a summer festival, buys a mask of Kamen Rider 1 from a stall, assumes the name of Kamen Rider, and confronts the evil. He is an overly hot-headed man who transforms into Kamen Rider for real.[1]

RIDER KICK!
- Peak Physical Human Condition: Tanzaburo has trained his whole life to live out his fantasy of being a Rider, thus he is in peak physical condition for a middle aged man.
- Martial arts skill: Tanzaburo once was attacked by a bear in the woods while practicing punching a tree. He managed to not only wrestle the bear, but gouged its eye out with his elbow and sent it running scared after a few more blows. He also executed a "Rider Kick" so strong it knocked out a convenience store robber in one hit.
Arsenal
- Plastic Kamen Rider Ichigo Mask- A child sized mask from a vendor stand, which Tanzaburo purchased to conceal himself when a convenience store was robbed to stop the crooks. He would use it in any given situation to "transform" into Kamen Rider.

- Tanzaburo Tojima is voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi (小西 克幸, Konishi Katsuyuki), who previously voiced much of the equipment and multiple Chemies in Kamen Rider Gotchard.
