"Tiredness" is not a good translation of お疲れ. 疲れる does literally mean to be tired, but お疲れ is short for お疲れさま, a stock phrase that means "good work" or even "that's a wrap". Considering it's a short, silly meta episode, the latter might be an appropriate translation, although it doesn't match the one-word translations of the other episode titles.
