Biography[]
His joint plan was with Mantle Kong was to kidnap and blackmail a scientist who has designed a lasergun to turn humans into vegetation. Destroyed by Skyrider's Sky Kick.
Abilities[]
Excellent underwater/underground fighting skills. He uses constricting tentacles in battle. These tentacles can be launched even from underground, concealing Takogang's location. His "Sumi Funsha/Bakudan" (Ink Spray) power is a black ink smog that hides him from detection.
