Subst Worm (サブストワーム, Sabusuto Wāmu) is a Crayfish-like Worm who mimicked a unnamed woman. She is a member of Black Dress Woman.
History[]
Kamen Rider Kabuto[]
As Rena Mamiya decided to eliminate Soji Tendo for the last time, they fight as Uca Worm and Kamen Rider Kabuto nearby a river. When Kabuto Hyper Form hurting Uca Worm's head with Perfect Zecter's Hyper Sting finisher, a Black Dress Woman sneaks up behind Kabuto and revealed as Subst Worm to attack him. Just as Kabuto is about to use Perfect Zecter to attack her, Subst Worm jumps into the river and escapes. Uca Worm also leaves away at this time, but due to the wound in the battle, the memories of the original Rena inside her heart were revived, and her personality was also taken over.
Later, Rena, now lived as a human, handing out flyers on the street. She was found by the Black Dress Woman who mimicked by Subst Worm, learning that Uca Worm was changed to the real Rena's personality. The Black Dress Woman encountered Rena again in a underground parking lot, changed into Subst Worm, she planned to execute Rena because she violated Black Dress Woman's hidden rule: losing Worm's mind and living as a human. Her first attempt of execution on Rena failed due to Kamen Rider Drake interrupted.
Next day, Rena was talking to Daisuke on the phone, Subst Worm appears for execute Rena. The second execution was stopped by Yaguruma as Kamen Rider KickHopper, because Yaguruma had a crush on Rena. As time passes, Uca Worm regains its memories, and when Daisuke begins fighting Uca Worm as Kamen Rider Drake, the Black Dress Woman tries to joins the battle, Soji Tendo steps in to stop her, and transforms into Kamen Rider Kabuto.
Subst Worm then try to defeat Kabuto in cooperation with a group of Worm (Chrysalis), but they are unmatch for Kabuto's Hyper Form. By using the Perfect Zecter, Kabuto destoryed all of the Worms including Subst Worm with the finisher Hyper Slash.
Kamen Rider G[]
A member of Shade under Daido Oda transformed into Subst Worm. He fought alongside Brachypelma Worm Viridis, Acarina Worm, and Cochlea Worm, against Kamen Rider G who destroyed them all. [Kamen Rider G]

World of Kabuto[]
In the World of Kabuto, a Subst Worm posed as a young man and targeted Mayu, chasing her and Natsumi down until it is destroyed by a shockwave from Mayu's transformation into the Sisyra Worm. [The Grandma Way of Taste]
All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker[]

- Human Mimicry: Like all Worms, they can take the form of any human they see, duplicating their memories as well.
- Clock Up: Like all molted Worms, they can trigger Clock Up, gaining the ability to move at incredible speeds while still observing the world around them at normal speed.
- Adept Swimmer: The Subst Worm is adept at swimming.
- Energy Arrows: The Subst Worm can fire energy arrows from its right arm.

- Thick Shell: The Subst Worm possesses a thick shell that allows it to dive up to six kilometers underwater.
