Sougo Tokiwa (常磐 ソウゴ, Tokiwa Sōgo) is a young man who transforms into Kamen Rider Zi-O (仮面ライダージオウ, Kamen Raidā Jiō).

Background[]

This version of Sougo Tokiwa followed the events of his TV counterpart, up until after the Another Zi-O II crisis and the interference of the Quartzer.
Kamen Rider Zi-O: Over Quartzer[]
After waking up from a dream where he saw Kamen Rider Zero-One, Sougo receives a call from Krim Steinbelt to protect his ancestor from an unknown enemy to protect Kamen Rider Drive's history intact from the timeline. He joins with Geiz Myokoin, Woz, and Tsukuyomi to travel to the Sengoku period where they meet Oda Nobunaga, the revered demon king who is revealed to be a weak-willed lecher. While Nobunaga tries to court Clara Steinbelt, Krim's ancestor, Sougo as Kamen Rider Zi-O fights to protect them from Kagen (Kamen Rider Zonjis) and Jogen (Kamen Rider Zamonas).
With their mission completed, the crew returned to the present where Krim Steinbelt and Go Shijima granted him the Drive Ridewatch, completing the collection of twenty Ridewatches. However, Woz suddenly stole all the Ridewatches and Sougo is later confronted by an unknown group called Quartzer, the wardens of history led by "SOUGO Tokiwa" who declares himself to be the original Sougo and manipulated his journey from the shadows. After being imprisoned by Quartzer, he is angered by Woz's betrayal but later finds encouragement from fellow prisoner Takeshi Kinashi about the true meaning of being a Kamen Rider.

Sougo later confronts the Quartzer leader after escaping from his cell and battles him as Kamen Rider GrandZi-O. When he was thrown to the sky, Sougo sees a childhood memory of himself as a toddler telling his parents that he'll become king in the future. He is then greeted by Ohma Zi-O who encouraged Sougo to protect his own future by granting him the Ohma Zi-O Ridewatch. In the present, Sougo accesses Kamen Rider Zi-O OhmaForm and reintroduced by Woz by stating that history is never set in stone. With Ohma Zi-O's powers, he destroys the remaining Dai Mazines. After Woz was stabbed to death by SOUGO, Zi-O leads Geiz and the nineteen Heisei Riders to vanquish Barlckxs with the Heisei Rider Kick.
Once Geiz and Tsukuyomi disappeared after their mission was completed, Sougo was asked by the remaining Quartzer members about his future which he replies that he is fine with it because life is like that. They tell him they're interested in seeing how his future will turn out. When returning home, Geiz, Tsukuyomi, and Woz are restored, waiting for him.
Kamen Rider Zi-O: Final Stage[]
Sometime after the confronation with Quartzer, Kamen Riders Zi-O and Geiz confront the reemerged Another Riders and find two unknown Ridewatches belonging to Kamen Rider 2 and Kamen Rider V3. Tsukuyomi arrives and attacks them as Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi, while declaring herself the Queen of Time with Red Woz by her side. As the fight is too difficult, Zi-O and Geiz escape but are pursued by Kamen Riders Zamonas and Zonjis. While the pair continue to fight more Another Riders and collect Showa Era Ridewatches, they are mysteriously aided by Kamen Rider Barlckxs, revealed to be Hiryu Kakogawa who claims that the Showa Riders are planning to wipe the Heisei and Reiwa Eras out from the timeline.
Kamen Rider Zi-O OhmaForm with Geiz, Woz, and Tsukuyomi
Kamen Rider Zi-O continues to fight with Geiz to fight the Another Riders and gather the Ridewatches based on the Seven Legendary Riders, only revealed to be all according to Hiryu Kakogawa's plan. He revealed he brainwashed Tsukuyomi and Woz to gather the Showa Ridewatches and remodeling history to erase Ohma Zi-O from existance to create an eternal Showa Era. Woz later granted Sougo his Ridewatch to assume Kamen Rider Zi-O WozArmor to defeat the Quartzer Riders, but Hiryu evolves into Another Ohma Zi-O upon absorbing the seven Showa Ridewatches.
Zi-O OhmaForm & Ohma Zi-O taking down Another Ohma Zi-O
While Another Ohma Zi-O easily dominates the Kamen Riders, the heroes are aided by Heisei Era's Showa Riders who encourages them to fight vigorously as Reiwa Era's Heisei Riders. Ohma Zi-O thus arrives and tells that Heisei cannot be erased and stays in the memories. Sougo transforms into Kamen Rider Zi-O OhmaForm to lead his crew to battle the Another Riders before taking on Another Ohma Zi-O with his future self. As Hiryu still fails to understand to let go of the past, Sougo ensures that the hands of a clock cannot go backwards and defeats him with Ohma Zi-O as he will prevail as long as Hiryu doesn't look forward.

- Timeline Protection/Manipulation: Upon acquiring the Zi-O Ridewatch II, it bestowed several abilities directly onto Sougo, allowing him to manipulate time as he wishes. All these abilities were futher strenghtened as he evolved into Ohma Zi-O.
- Temporal Rewind: Sougo can reverse time, allowing him to redo events he has personally experienced with his own eyes and change the future. So far, he has utilized the ability twice in order to undo the deaths of Geiz and Tsukuyomi. While Sougo has been shown to have only reversed events once, it's unknown if he can reverse it a second time in the case he fails to succeed in changing the timeline the first time. Since realizing the dangers of altering the very fabric of time, Sougo has since stopped using this ability.[1]
- Prophetic Dreaming: Sougo's dreams of the future causes him to subconsciously integrate them into the timeline, as evident of the events that transpire in present day while he is dreaming. However, to what extent Sougo has to the control of this ability is unknown. However these dreams are not entirely all-powerful, as Sougo can change his present day decisions in order to completely stop or delay the prophesied event from happening, as such when his dreams of the fated duel between him and Geiz on Oma's Day was averted completely.
- Rider Creation: Through this ability, Sougo has also been shown to create Kamen Riders and permeate them into the timeline, making them immune to any temporal changes in their past. His usages of this ability created Rentaro Kagura in 2022, Rento Makina in 2121, and Aruto Hiden/Over Quartzer in 2019. However the side-effect of this ability is that it creates an Another Rider version of themselves during the year Sougo had the dream.
- While never properly explained, Sougo's creation of Zero-One had spawned an Another Zero-One not in their timeline, but in another one somehow. This most likely an effect of the main timeline Sougo rewriting the timeline and accidentally merging it with certain aspects of Over Quartzer's.

- Temporal Freezing: Through miraculous means, Sougo Tokiwa once shared the Time Jackers' ability to freeze time. The only known usage of this ability when he was eight, summoning a series of pink katakana that slowed down time, saving Hiryu Kakogawa from the falling debris. Although, SOUGO being shown to have only disintegrated a Dai Mazine, this is a natural ability that the young Sougo possessed previously. [Our Goal 2019]
- Teleportation: Sougo after evolving into GrandZi-O gained the ability to teleport himself, which is helpful to him as defense against several attacks. [2019: Tsukuyomi Confidential] This ability cannot be traced by the future sight ability belonging to both Zi-O II and Another Zi-O II.
- Telekinesis: Sougo gained the ability of telekinesis after achieving Ohma Zi-O Ridewatch. When an army of Kasshines tried to crush Zi-O's OhmaForm, he simply used telekinesis to hurl them into a wall.
Abilities[]
- Innovative Combatant: Throughout the course of his journey, Sougo has improved his combat skills considerably, rising from the ranks of an amateur combatant to a formidable warrior, who could contend with more seasoned warriors such as Geiz in a relatively short period of time. In regards to his fighting habits, Sougo is a resourceful and competent fighter who relies heavily upon his huge arsenal of Rider Armors and weapons. While not a fully technical fighter, Sougo approaches a fight in a composed manner and remains calm and level-headed under fire. He is a focused and cunning strategist who can adapt to most situations with innovative strategies.
- Vast Historical Knowledge: According to Tsukuyomi, Sougo excels in history, although Sougo can stumble on remembering some historical figures as Mondo Douan has shown to be more adept in this field than him.
- Keen Manipulator: Sougo has a talent for understanding how people would behave and subsequently exploiting people around him to do his bidding like how he tricked both Geiz and Tsukuyomi into watching Another Wizard's magic show with him and how he took advantage of Woz to make him cooperate with him and Geiz. Geiz considered his manipulative capabilities to be a serious threat and an indicator of his potential to become an evil demon king.
Former Weaknesses[]
- Kamen Rider Drive: GrandZi-O could not completely control Drive's powers at full capacity due to him not having faithfully acquired the Drive Ridewatch through his usual means, and was easily countered by Ohma Zi-O. During the events Kamen Rider Zi-O: Over Quartzer, Sougo formally received it from Krim Steinbelt and was able to take full control of Drive's powers.
Forms[]
Kamen Rider Zi-O transforms by inserting the Zi-O Ridewatch into the right-hand side of the Ziku-Driver and spinning the Driver 360 degrees. He accesses Rider Armor (ライダーアーマー, Raidā Āmā)[2] forms based on Kamen Riders by inserting Ridewatches into the left-hand side of the Ziku-Driver.
Zi-O can execute a finishing attack known as the Time Break (タイムブレーク, Taimu Burēku) by pressing the Ride-On Starter on their Rider Ridewatch and rotating the Ziku-Driver. Time Breaks performed in a Rider Armor are named after the respective Rider's special move with "Time Break" after it.
Kamen Rider Zi-O's ending theme is entitled "Zi-O, Toki no Oja".

Sougo transforms into Kamen Rider Zi-O (仮面ライダージオウ, Kamen Raidā Jiō) by inserting the Zi-O Ridewatch into the D '9 Slot on the Ziku-Driver. His base form's visor reads "Rider" (ライダー, Raidā), while the logo on his forehead reads "Kamen" (カメン) in katakana. Zi-O's personal weapon in his base form is the Zikan Girade.
Zi-O consists of the following parts:
- Caliber A (キャリバーＡ, Kyaribā A) - Zi-O's helmet. 'A' stands for Analog.
- Clock Blade A (クロックブレードA, Kurokku Burēdo A) - The clock hands on the Caliber A. It is a data collection device. The long hand, Baryon Hand M (Barion Hando M, バリオンハンドM) predicts temporal information, such as enemy timing, while the short hand, Meson Hand H (メソンハンドH, Meson Hando H) measures spatial information, such as the distance between Zi-O and the enemy as well as landing points of finishers.
- Ow Signal (オウシグナル, Ou Shigunaru) - The circular section where the two Clock Blades meet. It feeds gathered information to Zi-O, derive optimum solution to problems, and adjust internal systems of Zi-O.
- Indication Eye (インジケーションアイ, Injikēshon Ai) - The visor which spells out "Rider". Sensors with a 270° viewing angle is built into the compound eye.
- Kamen Dial (カメンダイアル, Kamen Daiaru, lit. 'Mask Dial') - Zi-O's faceplate. It invokes an analog clock face, and is made using a multilayer structure composed of the special metal alloy Graphenium (グラフェニウム, Gurafeniumu). The Kamen Dial is described by the TV Asahi website to have a beautiful white lustre finish.
- Crash Bezel (クラッシュベゼル, Kurasshu Bezeru) - The metal frame surrounding the face. It is composed of Graphenium.
- Core Ryūzu (コアリューズ, Koa Ryūzu, lit. 'Core Crown') - The 'button' on Zi-O's left cheek. It is an information management unit that stores combat data.
- Oval Light Tecter (オーバルライトテクター, Ōbaru Raito Tekutā) - Zi-O's shoulder and chest armor. A metal coating called Graphenium Coat (グラフェニウムコート, Gurafeniumu Kōto) has been applied, raising durability. As a result, the Oval Light Tecter is not only lightweight, but is also 200 times stronger than steel.
- Mid Band Liner M (ミッドバンドライナーM, Middo Bando Rainā M) - The silver band that runs vertically across Zi-O's torso, it connects the Ziku Driver to the head, converting energy made by the Driver into bioenergy.
- Time Rush Arm (タイムラッシュアーム, Taimu Rasshu Āmu) - Zi-O's arms. Nanoscopic "Nanotube Muscle" (ナノチューブ筋, Nanochūbu-kin) tubing covers it, increasing strength.
- Flex Arm Girder (フレックスアームガーダー, Furekkusu Āmu Gādā) - Zi-O's forearm armor. It is composed of the shock-absorbant material AMsein (アムセイン, Amusein), allowing it to absorb and disperse physical attacks with ease.
- Zi-O Leap Hand (ジオウリープハンド, Jio Rīpu Hando) - Zi-O's hand units. It is covered with the purple metal Graphenium Bite (グラフェニウムバイト, Gurafeniumu Baito) units, raising destructive punching power.
- Adjustrike Suit (アジャストライクスーツ, Ajasutoraiku Sūtsu) - Zi-O's bodysuit. It automatically repairs minor damage.
- Time Rush Leg (タイムラッシュレッグ, Taimu Rasshu Reggu) - Zi-O's legs. Nanoscopic "Nanotube Muscle" (ナノチューブ筋, Nanochūbu-kin) tubing covers it, increasing strength.
- Counter Pad (カウンターパド, Kauntā Pado) - Zi-O's kneepads. It reads combat data on the field and sends it to the helmet.
- Flex Leg Girder (フレックスレッグガーダー, Furekkusu Reggu Gādā) - Zi-O's shin protecters. It is composed of the shock-absorbant material Amsein, allowing it to absorb and disperse physical attacks with ease.
- Zi-O Leap Shoes (ジオウリープシューズ, Jio Rīpu Shūzu) - Zi-O's shoes. The tip is covered with the Graphenium Bite (グラフェニウムバイト, Gurafeniumu Baito) units, increasing destructive kicking power. Additionally, The katakana for the word "Kick" (キック) in engraved on the soles.

- Gaim: Zi-O coats the Zikan Girade in orange energy before slashing the enemy. The slash then projects an orange slice energy upon impact in a manner similar to the Daidaimaru's Daidai Ittou finisher.
- Giri Giri Slash (ギリギリスラッシュ, Giri Giri Surasshu): Zi-O uses the power of a Ridewatch in the Zikan Girade in Ken Mode and performs a powerful slash.
- Zyu Mode
- Sure Sure Shooting (スレスレシューティング, Zure Zure Shūtingu): Zi-O uses the power of a Ridewatch in the Zikan Girade in Juu Mode and performs a powerful blast.
- Fourze: Zi-O shoots a barrage of missiles at the enemy in a manner similar to the Launcher Module.
- W: Zi-O shoots purple energy bullets surrounded by green gusts of wind similar to Trigger Aerobuster.

Kamen Rider Zi-O II (仮面ライダージオウII［ツー］, Kamen Raidā Jiō Tsū) is Zi-O's super form accessed by separating the Zi-O Ridewatch II into its D'9 and D'3 Side components and then inserting said components into their appropriate position on the Ziku-Driver.[6] This form of Zi-O was created when the two components of Zi-O Ridewatch II were assembled and gives the Kamen Rider the power to manipulate time however they desire.
In this form, Zi-O's stats surpass those of all of his previous forms. In addition, Zi-O II is able to see into the future in order to predict his enemy's movements, provided they are unaware of his future sight and/or move slow enough for him to prepare a counterattack.
This form is also capable of defeating Another Riders and destroying their Anotherwatches without the need for using a corresponding Ridewatch, though this method only works against Another Riders with only one power-set.
In this form, Zi-O wields the Saikyo Girade[7], which can combine with the Zikan Girade to form the Saikyo Zikan Girade.
Zi-O II's armor consists of the following parts:
- Caliber A II (キャリバーAⅡ, Kyaribā A Tsū) - The helmet.
- Precedence Blade (プレセデンスブレード, Puresedensu Burēdo) - The Caliber A II's observation device. The long needle sensor called Baryon Precedence (バリオンプレセデンス, Barion Puresedensu) observes "possible events" upon rotation, while the Meson Precedence (メソンプレセデンス, Meson Puresedensu) short hand sensor has the role of observing the current event and sending it to the Sona Crest.
- Sona Crest (ソナクレスト, Sona Kuresto) - The Crest integrated information aggregation unit. It integrates and analyzes information received from various sensors, derive optimum solutions, adjust the system step of Zi-O II. Analyzes the information received from the Precedence Blade and sends it to the Core Ryūzu II and Indication Eye Ⅱ.
- Indication Eye II (インジケーションアイⅡ, Injikēshon Ai Tsū) - The visor which spells out "Rider". A sensor with a viewing angle of 270 ° gathered in the compound eyes, it shows the current status of Zi-O II's system.

Kamen Rider GrandZi-O (仮面ライダーグランドジオウ, Kamen Raidā GurandoJiō) is Zi-O's primary final form accessed with the GrandZi-O Ridewatch. It wields the power of all 20 Heisei Kamen Riders. In this form, Zi-O is adorned with statues of all the previous Heisei Riders, with his own on his crown.
GrandZi-O is unique to the modern Sougo and is exceedingly superior to his other Zi-O forms. When compared to the ability parameters of other forms, GrandZi-O surpasses all others in every category by a considerable margin. Aside from its impressive parameters, GrandZi-O can use the Rider Relief statues around its armor to activate various abilities related to the main Kamen Riders of the Heisei Era. When GrandZi-O taps a Rider Relief once, he can create a time portal that summons the chosen Rider from a specific point their timeline. However, GrandZi-O cannot summon Decade with the NeoDecadriver.[9] When GrandZi-O taps a Rider Relief twice, he can summon any weapon from that Rider's arsenal. The Zi-O Rider Relief appears to be activated by head gesture and, when activated, is able to control the temporal position of the summoned Riders by placing or releasing them from stasis, as well as temporarily reversing their movements to set up a second attack.
GrandZi-O is directly powered by the 19 Heisei Ridewatches in his collection. As a result, any anomalies regarding the Ridewatches, such as the temporal paradox caused by possessing the Drive Ridewatch that originated from Ohma Zi-O's timeline, will drastically compromise GrandZi-O's control over the corresponding Rider's power. This affects GrandZi-O's ability to summon the Rider, as shown during his summoning of Drive during his second encounter with Ohma Zi-O, who quickly seized control of the summoned Rider. Eventually, Sougo would acquire his own Drive Ridewatch from Krim Steinbelt, enabling GrandZi-O to correct temporal anomalies and paradoxes.
Other issues afflicting this form include GrandZi-O's inability to command and control Dai Mazines and having its power restricted to the powers of the Main Heisei Riders. These factors make GrandZi-O inferior to Ohma Zi-O in overall ability.
Should any of the Ridewatches become unusable, it will immediately cancel out GrandZi-O's transformation and the Ridewatch will disappear.
GrandZi-O consists of the following parts:
- Grand Caliber A (グランドキャリバーA, Gurando Kyaribā A) - The helmet. 'A' stands for 'Analog'.
- Grand Blade A (グランドブレードA, Gurando Burēdo A) - The clock hands of the Grand Caliber A. It is a data collection device. The long hand, Grand Baryon Hand (グランドバリオンハンド, Gurando Barion Hando) predicts temporal information, such as enemy timing, while the short hand, Grand Meson Hand (グランドメソンハンド, Gurando Meson Hando) measures spatial information, such as the distance between GrandZi-O and the enemy as well as landing points of finishers.
- Sona Crest (ソナクレスト, Sona Kuresto) - An information aggregation unit located within the 'Kamen' symbol on the forehead. GrandZi-O can summon any Rider by connecting directly with the Rider's Records (ライダーズレコード, Raidāzu Rekōdo).
- Ow Signal (オウシグナル, Ou Shigunaru) - The circular section where the two Grand Clock Blades meet. It integrates and analyzes information from various sensors, and derive optimal solutions to adjust the system step.
- Indication Eye (インジケーションアイ, Injikēshon Ai) - The visor which spells out "Rider". Sensors with a 270° viewing angle is built into the compound eye.
- GrandKamen Dial (グランドカメンダイアル, Gurando Kamen Daiaru, lit. 'Grand Mask Dial') - GrandZi-O's faceplate. It invokes an analog clock face, and is made using a multilayer structure composed of the special metal alloy High-Class Graphenium (ハイクラスグラフェニウム, Hai Kurasu Gurafeniumu). The Kamen Dial is described by the TV Asahi website to have a beautiful white lustre finish.
- Rider Relief (ライダーレリーフ, Raidā Rerīfu) - GrandZi-O's crown bearing the likeness of Zi-O's statue. It is the space-time control device. Unlike other Rider Reliefs, it has a role to control Rider's Records.
- Complication Hand (コンプリケーションハンド, Konpurikēshon Hando) - A space-time communication device atop the Rider Relief. In conjunction with the Complication Hand on both shoulders, the Rider Relief decision is reflected by multi-particle interference in Rider's Record.
- Diginity Crash Bezel (ディグニティークラッシュベゼル, Digunitī Kurasshu Bezeru) - The golden frame surrounding the face. It is composed of Zavaldust Graphenium (ザバルダストグラフェニウム, Zabaru Dasuto Gurafeniumu), it is 1,200 times stronger than steel, and the shape that prompts the bounce receives all the shocks and bullets to the left and right blows.
- Grand Chest Armor (グランドチェストアーマー, Gurando Chesuto Āmā) - GrandZi-O's chest armor. It is made of Zavaldust Graphenium, which boasts 1,200 times the strength of steel, and by forming a special energy field called Sona Majesty (ソナマジェスティ, Sona Majesuti) on the upper body, it exhibits a solemn defense.
- Grand Shoulder Armor (グランドチェストアーマー, Gurando Shorudā Āmā) - The shoulders. It is made of Zavaldust Graphenium, which boasts 1,200 times the strength of steel. Both are equipped with their own Complication Hands in cooperation with the compression hand of the head to reflect the determination of rider relief by multi-particle interference in the Rider's Record.
- Rider Relief (ライダーレリーフ, Raidā Rerīfu) - The statues emblazoned in every part of GrandZi-O's armor. It is arranged in 20 places of the whole body, each represents the Kamen Rider engraved in the history. It activates the Rider's Records by touching it.

This improved Mid Band Liner has dramatically improved conversion efficiency and supply by making five, connects the belt and each part of the body to convert and supply the energy generated by the Ziku Driver into bioenergy.
- G-Strike Suit (Gストライクスーツ, G Sutoraiku Sūtsu) - GrandZi-O's bodysuit. It is the enhanced version of the Adjustrike Suit, the ability to increase physical ability has been greatly improved. The self-healing function has also been enhanced to almost zero damage accumulation. - G-Time Arms (Gタイムアーム, G-Taimu Āmu) - The arms. In addition to the super-strengthening by the artificial "Nanotube Muscle" (ナノチューブ筋, Nanochūbu-kin) tubing which produces a tremendous arm power, it is possible to use a variety of techniques by the motion bank 20 Tech (20テック, Towentī Tekku), which allows him to use a variety of techniques of the 20 Heisei Kamen Riders.

- GrandZi-O summons as many riders he needed to perform their finishing attacks to the enemy. He could opt to freeze them temporarily to deliver some strikes to the enemy beforehand.
- In the final battle against Another Zi-O II and as shown in Ganbarizing game, the All Twenty Time Break has a variant that takes a literal approach to its name. GrandZi-O summons all of his 19 Heisei Rider predecessors after kicking the target to create giant energy projection and then deliver a combination Rider Kick attack to destroy his target.
- With Drive summoned, the two perform a joint variation of Drive's Speedrop, a barrages of Speedrop combos in a pinball-like manner before merging themselves for the final blow.
- All Twenty Time Break (オールトウェンティータイムブレーク, Ōru Towentī Taimu Burēku): Has two variations.

Kamen Rider Zi-O OhmaForm (仮面ライダージオウ オーマフォーム, Kamen Raidā Jiō Ōma Fōmu) is Zi-O's Ohma Zi-O-based extra final form accessed by inserting the Ohma Zi-O Ridewatch into the D '3 Slot on the Ziku-Driver. The Zi-O Ridewatch is attached to his forehead.
A form in which Zi-O inherited the power of Oma Zi-O that beyond space-time. He can freely manipulate time, releases shockwaves from his hands, stops time, and uses other attacks to pulverize powerful enemies
This form has two finishers:
- Ziku-Driver finisher
- King Time Break (キングタイムブレイク, Kingu Taimu Burēiku): Zi-O, along with Geiz performs a Rider Kick along with the 19 previous Heisei Riders in their final forms as their "Rider Symbol"s imprint on their right foot as they performs a Rider Kick and the symbol of the 20th Heisei Rider appears behind them as they pierces the enemy, similar to GrandZi-O's All Twenty Time Break, and create the kanji for "Heisei" before the enemy explodes in all the Heisei Rider's Logos. This variation is dubbed by Zi-O and the Heisei Riders as the Heisei Rider Kick (平成ライダーキック, Heisei Raidā Kikku).

WozArmor (ウォズアーマー, Wozu Āmā) is Zi-O's Kamen Rider Woz-based form accessed by using the Woz Ridewatch in the left-hand side of the Ziku-Driver. In this form, Zi-O gains access to the Zikan Despear. Its visor spells out "Woz" (ウォズ, Wozu) and its shoulder pads are modeled after the Beyondriver.

Sougo Tokiwa is portrayed by So Okuno (奥野 壮, Okuno Sō). As Kamen Rider Zi-O, his suit actor is Seiji Takaiwa (高岩 成二, Takaiwa Seiji), who has been the leading suit actor for the majority of the main Heisei Riders (minus Kuuga and Hibiki). Zi-O is Takaiwa's final suit acting role for the main Rider.
