The Silkmoth Fangire (シルクモスファンガイア, Shirukumosu Fangaia) was the guardian of the Lost Woods that surrounded Castle Doran who was tasked with eliminating intruders. Her true name was Sincerity Flowed from a Poison Bottle (毒薬の瓶から誠意が溢れた, Dokuyaku no Bin kara Seii ga Afureta) and she was from the Insect Class. The Silkmoth Fangire wielded the Mirage Trident (ミラージュトライデント, Mirāju Toraidento) and displayed enormous power while in the forest. Though she was driven off by Maya, the Silkworm Fangire's attempt to keep Otoya Kurenai and Yuri Aso from escaping the Lost Woods resulted in her being destroyed by Otoya as Kamen Rider Ixa.

Silkmoth Fangire in the World of the Rider War

The Silkmoth Fangire of the World of Kiva was among several Fangire who fought for their king, Wataru, against the Riders and Undead of the World of Blade when their worlds were merged into the world of the Rider War. The Fangires later help Saga defeat the Oni Riders from the World of Hibiki before he is killed by Hibiki. After it is revealed the Fangire had allied to Dai-Shocker along with the Undead as their queen abandoned Wataru to marry Apollogeist, she is destroyed alongside the remaining Fangire and Undead by Diend's Dimension Shoot. ^{[Rider War: Prologue]}

Silkmoth Fangire voiced is portrayed by Masako Katsuki (勝生 真沙子, Katsuki Masako), who previously was the voiced NeziYellow/NeziSophia in Denji Sentai Megaranger and Hades Beastwoman Queen of Hell Siren Neries in Mahou Sentai Magiranger.

• The Silkmoth Fangire shares a suit design with the Moth Fangire but with different antennae at the back of its head.
• The Silkmoth Fangire is the only female Fangire to not have a human form.
