Shocker Leader III (ショッカー首領三世, Shokkā Shuryō Sansei) is the new leader of Shocker. His true form is the Oogumo Great Leader (大蜘蛛大首領, Ōgumo Daishuryō, lit. Giant Spider Great Leader)

He was once defeated by Kamen Rider but survived in the Game World. After Team Ex-Aid as the Goriders destroys the Andor Genesis spaceship, he appears as the boss of the Chou Shocker Taisen (超ショッカー大戦, Chō Shokkā Taisen, Ultra Shocker War) bonus stage of the Chou Super Hero Taisen game. During the final battle, he is ultimately killed when his red-colored Big Moraimarz Robo

Portrayal
Shocker Leader III is portrayed by Diamond✡Yukai, as Oogumo Great Leader, his suit actor is Kazutoshi Yokoyama (横山 一敏, Yokoyama Kazutoshi).
Conception
Oogumo Great Leader is designed by Takayuki Takeya, who designed several monsters in Kamen Rider Series. The conception of Oogumo Great Leader is inspired from the early designs of Heart Roidmude, another monster leader who also designed by Takayuki.
Notes
- His Spider motif, as well as being shared all the way back to the very first monster, Spider Man, is also shared with the Great Leader's Black Satan incarnation from Kamen Rider Stronger.
- The suit of Oogumo Great Leader's body is recolored from the Super Galaxy King in Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Fourze & OOO: Movie War Mega Max.
- Oogumo Great Leader has Double Riders' "insect wings" design on his back.
- During his appearance, he utters the line "From now on, this is our stage!" (これからは俺たちのステージだ！, Kore kara wa ore-tachi no sutēji da!), which is oddly similar to Kouta Kazuraba's "This is our stage now!" (ここからは俺たちのステージだ！, Koko kara wa ore-tachi no sutēji da!) catchphrase.
