Shizuka and Ryo

Shizuka Murasame (村雨 しずか, Murasame Shizuka) - She is a newspaper reporter who is Ryo's elder sister. While investigating rumors of a UFO with Ryo, she was caught by Badan. Since she got to know Badan's secret, she was executed in the electric chair. [Birth of the 10th! Kamen Riders All Together!!]
In the Kamen Rider Spirits manga, she was resurrected and given a form similar to ZX named Amaterasu (アマテラス, Amaterasu), but serving Badan. She would later be mercy-killed by ZX.

Shizuka Murasame was played by Toshie Fukushima (ふくしま としえ, Fukushima Toshie).
Notes
- Along with Susanoo and Tsukuyomi, Her rider name "Amaterasu" is based on the Japanese mythological deity of the same name.
