Shinji Kikuchi (菊池 信司, Kikuchi Shinji) is a college student who was the host of the Rhino Imagin.
History[]
He is the rival of Masaru Honjo and the president of the karate club. They were originally supposed to have a final match in the previous tournament, but Masaru collapsed from a sudden illness and Shinji won by default. As a result, he was dissatisfied and became possessed by the Rhino Imagin.
The Rhino Imagin distorted Shinji's wishes of being the best karate practitioner and began eliminating other martial artists who ranked high in other tournaments. When Ryotaro Nogami, who was being possessed by Urataros began to worry about this situation, he spoke with Masaru who had truly regretted being unable to play in the final match. Together, they defeat the Rhino Imagine, and Shinji reconciles with Masaru.
