Shinigami Chameleon (死神カメレオン, Shinigami Kamereon, 6, 7, 13 & Rider vs Shocker) (a.k.a. Chameleon Man (カメレオン男, Kamereon Otoko) - chameleon monster created by Shocker.
History[]
His plan along with Shocker loyalist Dr. Heinrich is to find the treasure map to a hidden Nazi treasure buried in Japan during the WWII Axis Alliance. It turns out the treasure was already seized before Shocker or Hongo found its location. He was destroyed by Kamen Rider 1's Rider Kick and Rider Chop. [The Shinigami Chameleon, Showdown! He was later resurrected by Shocker as part of the Revived Monster Army before being destroyed by Tokageron's special bomb. Shinigami Chameleon also made a brief return appearance in the monster army of the Kamen Rider vs. Shocker movie but did not actually have an active participation there. Shinigami Chameleon appears among the monsters of Shocker which is fought by the six Kamen Riders 1, 2, V3, X, Amazon, and Stronger in Kamen Rider Club.
Kamen Rider video game[]
Shinigami Chameleon one of several default playable characters that appear in the PlayStation Kamen Rider video game. He is fought by the player in the "Kamen Rider Story" on stage 2. In the "Shocker Story" players are able to upgrade him into Saikyō Kaijin (最強怪人 ). The player then must defeat Kamen Rider 1 before facing Kamen Rider 2.

- Invisibility: Shinigami Chameleon can become nearly fully invisible Using or concentrating pigment granules (melanophore cells) in his mutated cells.
- Superhuman Strength: Chameleon can easily break glass by just grabbing it with his hands and was able to choke Ruriko Midorikawa until she passed out.
- Superhuman Speed: Chameleon was able to catch up to Hongo after he used Cyclone to save Tobee Tachibana and Ruriko Midorikawa.
- Superhuman Jumping: Chameleon Man can jump as high as Kamen Rider Ichigo.
- Disguising: Using the same technique that allows him to go invisible, Chameleon can transform/disguise himself as another human.
- Tongue: Chameleon can use his tongue to lasg or strangle his opponents. The only he time he attempted this was on Takeshi Hongo and the Attack failed.
- Weakening Poison: Using his tongue, Shinigami Chameleon can use his special poison to weaken humans as if they were nearly dead or even Undead.

- Shocker Belt: Like many Shocker Monsters, Shinigami Chameleon has a Shocker belt with the organization's insignia on it which is made out of pure Titanium.
- Fencing Sabre: Chameleon Man has a fencing sabre, which he is quite skilled at using.
- Hitler's Iron Box: Chameleon used the Iron Box to knock Tobee Tachibana unconscious.

- Fencing Skills: skilled veteran in the expertise of fencing
- Puppeteering: Shinigami can puppeteer humans he has poisoned, though this does not seem convincing to regular humans.
- Digging: He can dig faster than an average person.

Weaknesses[]
- Rider Kick: A casual rider kick from Hongo left the kaijin's hands nearly broken and a full Rider kick shattered the monster like glass.
- Rider Chop: A Rider chop severely weakened and disoriented Chameleon before his demise.
- Shadows: Even if he goes invisible, Shinigami Chameleon's shadow can still be seen due to the light refracting off of him.
Notes[]
- Lasting two episodes unlike his predecessors, Shinigami Chameleon is the first example in the Kamen Rider Series of what can be more accurately termed monster of the fortnight rather than "monster of the week". This would become especially commonplace in the Heisei era, particularly during the years 2007-2013.
