Shibirayjin (シビレイジン, Shibireijin, 18): A stingray Neo Shocker monster.
History[]
One of Admiral Majin's trusted lieutenants and hailing from the Admiral's native Amazon region. After fatally electrocuting Professor Doc for the deaths of Gokiburijin and Yamorijin, his plan is to overload Tokyo's main power transmission tower with the electrical current running inside his body. He needs the blueprints of the facility and fuse breaker safecode to complete his mission and so steals them from the local magnate. Destroyed by Skyrider's Sky Kick.
Revivals[]
Shibirayjin was later revived as part of the Second Generation Cyborg Corps (改造人間二世部隊, Kaizō Ningen Nisei Butai, movie). They were destroyed by the 7 Riders. He was also resurrected as part of Kaijin the Second Generation Corps (怪人二世部隊, Kaijin Nisei Butai, 27 & 28). They wore yellow scarves and were destroyed by the 7 Riders.
Abilities[]
As a stingray monster, Shibirayjin hosts an electric current within his body. Ari Commandos assisting him wield electric gauntlets that discharge an electric shock. If they fall unconscious, his lariat can connect to said gauntlets and recharge them (effectively revitalizing the defeated minions).

Shibirayjin was voiced by Shun Yashiro (八代駿, Yashiro Shun) and portrayed by an unidentified suit actor.

- Footage of Shibirayjin, as part of the Second Generation Cyborg Corps, and Kumonjin fighting Kamen Rider #1, and with Madarakajin fighting Riderman from Eight Riders vs. GingaOh appeared in the opening sequence of the TV special Birth of the 10th! Kamen Riders All Together!! (1984), due to its line-up of the ten Riders recycling footage of the first eight Riders from the opening of Eight Riders vs. GingaOh.
