The Shadow Charger (シャドーチャージャー, Shadō Chājā) is Shadow Moon's means of transformation. Embedded upon the center of the belt is the artifact known as the Stone of the Moon Kingstone (月の石 キングストーン, Tsuki no Seki Kingu Sutōn).
Functions[]
There are two Kingstones, one for each Century King. When Kotaro and Nobuhiko were both kidnapped, they were each infused with one of the Kingstones. However, Kotaro escapes becoming a Century King thanks to the intervention of his stepfather, Soichiro, and takes up the identity of Kamen Rider Black. Nobuhiko is not so lucky, however, and becomes the perfect Century King; Shadow Moon.
The Kingstone is the energy source for Shadow Moon's finishing moves, the Shadow Punch, Shadow Kick, and his unique Shadow Flash technique.
Since both existing Kingstone had same functions, it also gave the bearer the equal ability as the second bearer (e.g. control over Battle Hopper, summoning weapons like the Satansaber).

In S.I.C. Hero Saga Kamen Rider Black RX: After 0, Shadow Moon evolved into "White RX" Another RX and gained a new belt similar to Sunriser.
Trivia[]
- As the Shadow Charger being a counterpart of the Vital Changer and is composed of the Kingstone, the belt itself is a recolor of the Vital Changer.
