This article is about a voice actor in the Kamen Rider Series.

Seizō Katō (加藤精三, Katō Seizō) is Japanese voice actor.

In this frachise, he is well known for voiced General Jark in Kamen Rider Black RX. He reprised his role as General Jark in Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker and OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders. He also voiced one of the Wirepullers of Smart Brain in Kamen Rider 555: Paradise Lost.

Death

On January 17, 2014, Seizo passed away from his long battle with bladder cancer. He was 86 years old.
