Seiichiro Nagata (永田 聖一朗, Nagata Seiichirō) is a Japanese actor who portrays Ho-Oh Kaguya Quartz/Kamen Rider Legend in Kamen Rider Gotchard.

Personal life[]
- Nagata had been watching Gotchard as a regular viewer since his appearance in his special. When he was later brought into the series for filming, he confessed he was spoiled on-set at the return of Minato, Lachesis as a reformed ally, and Platina Gotchard.[1]
- When it came time to film Legend’s appearance in the main series, Nagata already knew many of the cast members. He knew Junsei Motojima and Amon Kabe from filming the spin-off Kamen Rider Gotchard vs. Kamen Rider Legend, he had co-starred with Rikiya Tomizono, Kanon Miyahara, and Kenta Kamakari in stage performances, and Alisa Sakamaki was a friend of a friend.[2]
