Sea Snake Man (海蛇男, Umihebi Otoko, 54) - A sea snake monster of Shocker. Sea Snake Man's task took him to Okuyama village to test the Prism Eye device, Shocker planned to use the deceive the human eye to cause worldwide chaos. Sea Snake Mans role in this was to kill any interlopers that tried to disrupt the plan. He is destroyed by Kamen Rider 1's Rider Back Jump and Rider Kick.
