Scissors Jaguar (シザースジャガー, Shizāsu Jagā) is a warped scissor-bladed jaguar cyborg who can morph his hands into blades, the mastermind behind Shocker's nano-tech project who caused Kazami's transformation into V3.
History[]
Scissors Jaguar's human form is a man with glasses (whose real name is unknown) who is the owner of a restaurant called Legend of Gathering. He is characterized by high-tension eccentric words and deeds. He intended to turn all of Japan into cyborgs with the nanobots, and also commanded the remodeling experiment operation of ExaStream employees including Shiro Kazami. In the final battle, he unfortunately demonstrates his fighting ability as a next-generation cyborg. The Double Riders had to struggle with high fighting ability despite their combined strength. However, his plans were foiled as he was killed by the Double Riders' Rider Double Kick and Rider Double Punch combo.

Scissors Jaguar transforms by wearing a special reinforced suit and a mask. The blades on his arms are weapons, being stored when using his hands. These blades can not only damage the Double Riders, but also turn into giant scissors when combined.
Befitting his "wild" nature, Scissors Jaguar fights akin to a berserker, landing several powerful hits against Takeshi in their battle. Able to face the Double Riders simultaneously, Scissors Jaguar initially dominated them throughout the fight, requiring the two to use a Double Rider Kick and Double Rider Punch combination attack to defeat him.

Portrayal[]
This Scissors Jaguar was played by Tomorowo Taguchi (田口 トモロヲ, Taguchi Tomorowo). Later he played Amadum in Kamen Rider Wizard. His suit actor was Tomotaka Watanabe (渡辺 智隆, Watanabe Tomotaka).
Basis[]
Hasami Jaguar was the first kaijin to fight Shiro Kazami in the Kamen Rider V3. Although he was a remake[1] of that monster, which comes from Destron, but in this version he is a cyborg belonging to Shocker.

Scissors Jaguar was designed by Yutaka Izubuchi (出渕 裕, Izubuchi Yutaka). This character resembles the villain of Mad Max, so it has a metal decoration[2].
